My name is Luis, im 26 years old and live in Miami, Fl. I am a total rookie when it comes to pheromones, but im hoping to get some help to choose the right ones for my preferences. The reason why im looking at pheromones in here is obviously to attract women and increase self confidence, when I don’t know someone, I get shy, probably like many else. Hello and welcome! I suggest for your shyness, look into [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Ammo will be good for attracting females. (TUTH is good, but might be too sexual depending on how you use it) For trust, A314 is good, but some find it a bit $$. I havent tried any of the A314 to-go’s so I cant say from experience about them. Another good one for trust, is IG. Hope this helps! ---

You are also lucky your friend gave you IFM, as that has been long gone from here.. That stuff was gold. I think I still may have a to-go with a spray or two left. ---

Hello Luis and welcome to the forum. You have a really good friend if he gave you IFM. I think A314 by itself would come across a little heavy given you are a musician and all that entails.
