Hi everyone!! I’m Alex, I’m 21 (almost 22) and I’m from a little beach town in the south of italy, but i live for the most part of the year in Milan. I know what pheromones are, how it’s supposed to work, but i’m totally new to the products. I’m here because lately i’ve become a little bit shy and reserved, have difficulty socializing with girls, and sometimes feel like i’m out of place when i hang out with my friends. I’ve always been “the good guy”, the calm one, sometimes cool and in a few cases the life and soul of the parties. I’m very moody!!!Physically, i’m a good looking guy, 5’10’’ height, skinny but toned. So, basically, my problem is my low self esteem and a lack of self confidence. i’ve been engaged for almost 4 years with a girl, we split up last november. Since then no girls. In a couple of weeks i will come back to my hometown, to enjoy the summer; beach parties, evenings with friends and so on. i’ve spent a couple of hours on this forum trying to find a product, or mixes, that suits me. What do you think about a mix of A314, Ammo, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Instant Openess? TUTH too but maybe it’s too strong for a guy of my age. ---

Hi Alex, yeah, TUTH is a bit strong, apart from situation when you actually already are with a girl in the bedroom and only want to make things even hotter. Ammo is a much safer choice, it contains same amount of androstenone, so will arouse ladies just as well, but proportions of other molecules mean that it won’t be as directly aggressively sexual and uncomfortable. A314 is a wonderful product, my favourite by far, but be careful with how much you use. One drop is enough in most cases, too much can cause being ghosted or bullshitted. Thanks for the advices! 🙂 i’m going to order these products sooner as possible. for now i’m going to order the spray version of A314. Is there any differences from the oil one? i found you on the web, searching for [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) products, forums etc. ---

There are some differences in diffusion, as alcohol/cologne base is a bit different to oil. Spray version diffuses quicker, so people will be “hit” with the pheromones more instantly, perhaps also in greater distance. You may need to use even less. On the other hand, the oil diffusion seems more natural, people get that authority signal gradually, as the acknowledge your presence. Oil is also more durable, one application lasts me for most of the day, unless in extremely hot/wet/windy/humid conditions. Spray lasts for a few hours. Spray version is certainly good for a first tryout, as you’re likely to see results more clearly (because its action is less subtle). ---

Welcome to Pherotalk. A314/Ammo is an excellent attraction mix - Keep fairly low on the A314 here as its severe status can repel girls around your age. Too serious, esp when you want the party vibe. Ammo/IO is good for this and it can help you talk and be good to talk to. **Seriously** think on some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - Adds a great happy/feelgood layer to almost any phero/mix etc and can be used just about anywhere. TUTH/IO can be useful in clubs/parties and the most raunchy situations but if you have any shyness/reticence, think carefully about using it. TUTH on a young guy around young women can be taken as a creepy/aggressive or just far too horny vibe. As Marihino said, TUTH is best used with an established partner or when very close to bed. Or its overtness may well turn the heads of the older ladies. 😉 Don’t mix A314/IO - this is pretty much a waste of product as the IO weakens the A314 significantly. Use less A314 instead. You mention beach parties - Sea/salt air can take a toll on your pheros and being outdoors will shrink your phero cloud significantly. Seek enclosed/sheltered places to make best use of it. Or isolate and get indoors! 😉 Yes, the A314 sprays are less subtle and much shorter acting compared to oil, which keys-in with your natural signature beautifully. The /b version is formulated to be closest to oil in impact, so is good to try out but it lacks oil’s subtlety, is nowhere near as long lasting, nor as cost effective. I would say to get the oil in almost all circumstances, although the more in your face nature of the /a version might be more useful at a beach party. 🙂 ---

Thank you both 🙂 i’ll figure out what’s best for my case. i’m working on my self in order to be more pleasant too. beyond my look and behaviours i need something to make me feel self confident, charismatic and more attractive to girls of my age, and maybe make out (or get laid) with a girl or more. This summer is very hot, i will be at the beach, bathing for the most part of the day, so i will not need to use pheromones. i will use them in the afternoon and in the evening. the evening is colder, sometimes windy, with high humidity, but not so fresh to stay indoors all the time. in addition to beach parties im’ going to open air discos or pool parties with a lot of people in little spaces. ---

The more tight-packed and sweaty the better then - Proximity counts! 🙂 Also, it is good to be working on improving yourself in other ways - Pheros can help with confidence-boosting self effects but don’t use them just for that. This is because they don’t work that way for many people or they work but they get used to the effects and they tail-off in time. Sorting yourself out from within and then using the pheros to complement your new persona is a far better option for long-term reliability. ---
