I’m a 16 white male(even though my prof size im 14 for some reason) and I am hoping to use mones to talk to people more in general b/c i’m slightly shy and maybe also to talk to girls more. I’m excited and hope this stuff works. Also I hope I get that 25 dollar gift card lol! I so far got CTTM2, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), and Ammo. I am from Illinois. Also I was wondering if I put on like 1 spray of each of those will I OD or is that just if I put on alot of a certain kind. Like will 1 spray of each=if I put on 3 sprays of one? ---

I’m leery of recommending [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for your age. Haven’t tried CTTM2 yet but it’s supposedly a halfway between IO and IH so it can’t be bad. I figure a spray of each should help you out a little but you have to meet it half way. I made a post a while back suggesting that you get a few joke books, “books of questions” and a book on random trivia and use those as conversation starters. “Hey you gotta hear this joke I read today”, Ask random people a question of the day etc. The product won’t make you more talkative per say. You MAY experience a slight increase in confidence (some users report this but don’t count on it.) But in the end what they’re really going to do is help people to feel a little better about reciprocating and being open to conversations you initiate. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. I agree with Radman - I really would not recommend you using Ammo. You just to do not need the none at your age. It is much better to stick with the Social products which include CTTM2 and Ishine. If you really want a base product I would recommend [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) for someone your age. It gives you a quiet cool kinda vibe and for younger folks it makes you seem a little older. Not bad if there is a cute senior you like … ---

Hi Peter, welcome to the forum! At your age, you’re making plenty of your own -none, so products like Ammo and TUTH would make you come on way too strong and possibly even chase people away. As the guys said, stick to socials such as Instant Openness, Instant Honesty, Come Talk To Me, Instant Shine and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and you should be fine. As for how much to use, start with one spray, see how it works, but remember, less is often more with this stuff, especially at your age, you don’t need as much as older folks might. Welcome to Pherotalk Peter! I don’t think I have heard of anyone ODing on one spray of our [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). I suggest you try to get your sweet spot first and then you can go into depth of your pheromone usage.
