Hello, I am new to this group. An old ex told me about this group. I just ordered instant female wardrobe to go, come talk to me and I noticed it also comes with a free FF P135. I am curious to see how all these work? how soon do they work for most? Do I need to put a review for the free one or will I be charged for it? Also can I wear all of them at once? Or is that not a good idea? how strong are the smells? ---

Hey gcool31, welcome.! When you wear them they should ‘work’ immediately. The thing is, you’d need to test them one by one and work your way up with the sprays to find the ‘sweet spot’ that works best for you. We all naturally produce [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and at different rates and amounts than each other so a product will have to be tested to find the right amount of sprays to match your personal chemistry. The P135 is intended for you to test out and give your feedback on it explaining what you found it to do. You won’t be charged for it. You can wear them all at once but it isn’t advised until you have found what your ‘sweet spots’ are, or else you’re just shooting in the dark. The smells depend on each product but generally speaking they all smell really good and not harsh. However if you spray a lot on it can become overbearing. It’s best to just start with one product at a time and spray 1 spray and work your way up from there. ---

Hello gcool31, Welcome! This is the first time I have heard an EX letting someone know of pheromones LOL. So you made the perfect order and here is where I would start so it is not overwhelming for you. Since you got the Female Wardrobe, your best bet is to test the IS/A and IS/B first to see what fits you best. I would start with IS/B as I think it will be easier to figure out. The IS/A is more in your face loud type. I have actually tested both of these myself to see what they do and are in my journal and the link is below if you are curious. After you have tested these 2 and have found the best one for you I would then test the other 3 in the kit and the CTTM2 solo. I would pick the one that sounds the most interesting to you to start with. I would then try using with either the IS/A or IS/B. The main pheromone will be one the these and the others are all socials and best used to steer your main pheromone. This will be your best bet. For the freebie the P135, the idea is you do test it and provide feedback on it. They won’t charge you for it, but what helps drive and advance the research is we do provide a report on it. They have enough faith in people to send out free and we report on them for it. Most of the [spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) work right away. Some do take a little longer than others, but for the most part they do work right away and last 4-6 hours or so. I would not wear all of them at once as I have done with when I first started and you won’t get the reactions you are looking for and can actually get bad reactions. They key is to solo test and see what is the best fit. Sometimes less is more to! Then when you do combine try 2 at a time first. I have a general rule no more than 3. With some combos, I have worn 4 or 5, but they have also taken me 2-3 years to dial them in juts right because the more things you add the harder it is to get everything just right. Your best bet is to keep things very simple like no more than 2 for a while until you get the hang of it. All the scent of the things you got are in Neroli, and this settles very nice and after 20 minutes or so after application you should barley notice the scent. Most have no trouble at all with the scent. If you need any more help or have any more questions please ask, we want to make sure you succeed! ---

Welcome to the forum! I think hearing about pheromones from an ex is a first. I barely discuss them with my wife lol. You have gotten plenty of good advice here so I really do not have anything big to add except to remember the advice that often more is less when it comes to these toys. Always start low and work your way up. And don’t get discouraged if you do not notice dramatic “hits” - I have found that these products are often closer to subtle hints than a kick in the hindquarters. Good luck and keep us updated. Can certain times of the month affect how others react to the spray? Like before or after period or during ovulation? Just curious. Also will it make people of the same sex upset with me? And far away do people need to be to sense the sprays ? ---

Now from the other side being a woman that is ovulating and wearing pheromones I do not know. I sure hope you test that out 😃. The IS/B you should have no problem at all, with the IS/A other women may view you as a threat and some guys like myself do not like this one at all and I am one of them. That is why I suggested to start with IS/B. Your last question I am assuming you are asking about the distance of the spray? Most of the sprays work till about 6 feet or so. I would imagine a 6 foot circle around you and this will be the effective zone of your pheromones. ---

As far as self effects on you being a woman and how it will effect your kids I am not sure. I know when I tested it, it did not seem to bother our 11 year old daughter. For me there is an ingredient that just does not go well for me and my chemistry. I was just in a bad mood and irritated with it. This ingredient is in a few other [advanced pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/product-category/advanced-pheromones/) to and I have it narrowed down to a few possibilities. I was a male wearer and the IS/A is designed for a woman, so I am sure my chemistry has something to do with it so don’t be discouraged. I am not sure how other guys react to it other than reading through the women’s journals ---

I tried to post a new thread, but it did not post. I was wondering if will any of this help a guy reopen back up to me and be honest with me again? I feel like hes at a player stage because his ex cheated on him.. so he is avoiding me. And does not want anything serious… will any of this help with.. my gossipy coworkers? mainly the younger women.. and… will it help my bosses see a more positive light about my work ethics? just curious. I also just ordered the “turn up the heat” with the gift certificate I just received. ---

So I tried turn up the heat for maybe a week.. it did not do much..actually made the guy I was talking to before turn away and not talk to me. I tried 1 to 2 sprays each time. Out of the whole time I tried it ..1 person maybe directly looked at me and checked me out. First day of it… my neck felt warm.. Come talk to me, turn up the heat, and honesty I also tried with sexiness b..yesterday I do not feel like it did anything? only sexiness b because of the smell.. made me feel like a ditsy drunk for a few hours. I could not stop laughing while on it… A few of the sprays I received were leaking so it got all over my fingers… the p135 and I think the come talk to me. I am wondering the best way to try all these next week. Turn up the heat seems to drive people away from me. ---

Hmm.. turn up the heat is a men’s product and isn’t really intended for women so unless you want to attract gay males or females, I don’t think it’s a product you want. The best way is to use one product at a time, test 1 spray and take note of the results, then two sprays, etc. ---
