I’m a little skeptical of this [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) stuff, but I did research and read a bunch of articles and it sounds interesting. I’m not much of a party guy so I don’t get out much…so I haven’t had much chance to flirt or even attempt to pick up a woman since High School. Because that was the only time I even got to meet woman. Exept at work, but all the women there are married. So I’ve been out of the flirting game for quite a while. \*\*\*\*I did have a girlfriend in high school for about a year, but it ended pretty badly… \*\ ***There’s this one woman at the gym that I’m interested in, but don’t know how to talk/flirt with her, so I’m hoping that the pheromones could help her to talk/flirt with me or give me some confidence to approach her.** ---

Go flirt with her! When your pheromones arrive you can flirt even more. I know that you feel rusty, but practice makes perfect! Plant the seed now and use the mones to give you the confidence to seal the deal. Start with some real simple stuff… You’ll be in the groove in no time! Don’t be afraid of rejection. Woe to anyone who tries to approach me, because I’m so awkward! Anyway, they say that effects of the pheromones are 90% you. So it may be better to take the route of increasing your own confidence. Hi Scorpion.Welcome to the forum. 😉 I think that for talking to a girl and having a good conversation the best choice is CTTM2.This is one of my favourite products and it will give you just the edge to be more open to socialising and talking.She will feel that vibe if you approach her and try talking to her and this may help you break the ice. More of my problem is approaching people in general, starting conversations or even introducing myself, but once the conversations have started I’m in my comfort zone and become talkative. I’m honest sometimes to honest. I don’t like playing games when it comes to relationships, in fact I have very little patience for it. I’m open minded and I prefer to relax then to party. ---
