Hi NR and welcome.

I suggest you have a good read of [The Mens Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168). It is a good starting point.

Ammo is an excellent starter product and good all-round attractant. The socials or products with ‘instant’ in their name help a lot with communication, which in turn helps with attraction.

A314 is very strong, a potent product with many fans here. I suggest you read carefully about this as over dose can turn people away.
