Hello, I’m a 20 yr old guy looking for suggestions for my first purchase. I’d try out the starter pack but I’m on a limited budget right now so I’m thinking about getting 2 or 3 to try out. Something that will help with meeting girls around my age and making friends at College, Bars, Parties. I’ve been thinking about getting AMMO and either Instant Shine or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Any suggestions would be great, thanks! ---

Hello ABC, Welcome to the site. Like Aplha1 mentioned [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is your best bet to start out with. I would also get IS and some TUTH. These were the first 3 I ordered a long time ago when first starting out. The IS and Ammo go together really well to and with these 3 you will have a balance set to start with. ---

Thanks for the replies guys. I’m about 140 and around 5’8"-'9". I’m in decent shape but I’ve been going to the gym for a few weeks now and I’m planning on getting a bit bigger and more toned. I think I am a mix between extrovert and introvert. Sometimes I can be quiet and chill and other times I can be super talkative and joke around a lot, especially when I get going and in a good mood. I know that [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) aren’t a magic bullet by themselves and you can’t just sit there and expect everything to come to you haha. I’m mainly looking for something to help break the ice and set a good tone for interactions. ---

Start using each product solo. That’s important to familiarize yourself with each product’s self-effects and effects on others. I suggest you start with a single spray over a few days of a given product. If you feel you want increased effects try adding a spray. This will let you find your best dose for that product. Once you know each product very well, you can attempt some combos by applying different products on your skin. you can also experiment different application points. The best application points are ‘pulse’ points, places where you can feel your heart beat. If you want to limit self-effects for a given product, apply to wrists or hands. In all cases, tell us how it goes by writing a journal. ---

I agree and also what I have found is to just have fun with it and try not to take it to seriously by looking for over the top hits. It took me around 6 months for I could put together a combo for something like that so don’t get discouraged. ---

Another product I’d like to chime in with: P131 (dosage @ 5 mcg). It’s relaxer and a touch disinhibitor. When you use it, women who would otherwise only acknowledge you verbally will casually touch you. Not in a sexual way, obviously, but things like touching you on the arm or shoulder, and show more warmth in their conversations with you. Men, on the other hand, will generally draw the line at verbal friendliness. ---

Hey guys, got my mones today and put on a spray of IShine before I went to class. It could just be a coincidence but I noticed the people around me were considerably more talkative and striking up conversations with me. Everybody seemed to be in a good mood. I also heard somebody near me breathing deeply haha. Even people who are usually introverted were talking quite a bit. Still going to do more testing to make sure these work and it’s not just placebo/coincidence. But I did notice I was in a good mood. I seen other people on the forum describe the self effects of Ishine with “shit eating grin” and I think thats the easiest way to describe the feeling haha Planning on starting my journal either today or on Monday, thanks for the help again guys! @TheAttractor thanks man, I’ll check out P131 when I make my next order. ---
