Hello, I’m a 34 year old single father, registered nurse, and introvert who has never used [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) before (I’ve used products containing them, such as body washes, but never noticed anything different) and I’m interested in giving them a try both for romantic attraction as well as social interactions. I found this forum (and subsequently the site from which to order the products) from an article and I was hoping to gauge the efficacy of the products from people who have actually used them, as opposed to “review” websites that are more likely produced by companies trying to sell a product. So, speaking to actual users of these products, how much of a difference do they make? What differences do you notice in normal social interactions, such as at work or just out and about? How dramatic are the effects with romantic relationships? In intimate situations? Thanks in advance for any info! Nick ---

Hi Nick, Welcome to the site. Thank you for a great intro. There are a lot of companies out there and I actually just responded to another post with the same concerns. There are a lot of companies that have some pretty wild claims and I would stay away from them as there products have no pheromones or are very unbalanced as there really is no 1 perfect product for every situation and everyone’s chemistry. Really the best bet is to look at the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you get everything to try as really it is best for you to see what you like best and what is working for you. We can get you in the general area you wan to be, but you still have to test and see what is the best fit for you. I will still break the products down the best I can so you can decide what interests you in case you want a few to try. **Socials** Now these are important and for me I use these to steer my main pheromones like Ammo or A314 in the direction I want. **IS** This one will boost your confidence and put everyone in a great mood. This is like the icing on the cake. This works well for any situation like dating, socials, even church. I love using this in my hair as it washes out easier than the others. **IO** This is an ice breaker and will open people right up to you. This is great for the first part of meeting people and dating. Can get people chatty. **IH** Great for bonding and deep conversations. Also great for getting people true feelings out of them. If you are dating someone and you want it to get more serious this is a good one to have. **Attraction/Sexual** **Ammo** This one you **NEED** for dating and meeting women. Nice cologne scent to and very balanced for attraction, status, and comfort/talking. A nice standalone. **TUTH** Highly sexual and best used later on in the process. Best used for bedroom and when a woman is more comfortable with you. The common mistake is guys use this one first and it can backfire because it can be perceived as coming on to strong at first. You have to build up to this one. Start low 1 spray and go from there. **Work/Business** This one may be tough because with your occupation you may not be allowed to wear scent products. But with IG it is 6% Neroli and settles light and the A314 should also and the oil version of A314 should work great to. **A314** This one is very commanding and gets you attention, respect, and authority. The oil is the way to go, but there is A and B spray versions also. The comes with the spray version. **IG** This will make you come off as mature and knowledgeable man. Kind of like A314, but much softer. All the items I listed do come in the kit. Starting out for you I would get Ammo, IS, and IO to start if you only get a few as these 3 would be a very balanced order. There are a ton of journals with a wealth of info and the link to mine is right at the bottom. If you have certain specifics you are looking for I can guide you to the right journal so you can see real peoples experience. Say “hello” and get 25? So I purchased AMMO and I’m very pleased with it, however I posted a “hello” post two weeks ago and never received an email or message about $25 towards a purchase or however it works. Did I miss a step somewhere? ---
