Hello everyone! I’m a 29 year old guy who just bought the UPIP! Looking to improve my dating and career life and basically get myself back in the picture by using [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) to feel confident and successful. Not getting my hopes up too much but reading all the reviews on this forum is making me very excited to try! What do you all recommend I start off with? Any combinations you suggest? Also, I received a free P108 Putative bottle with my order! Nice surprise 🙂 However, I haven’t found anything on the way this affects people. I’d like to try and report about it but maybe someone already knows what effect it has so I don’t use it in a particular situation? Talk to you all soon! PS: Didn’t know about this $25 thing. Hello and welcome to the forum! Looks like you jumped in with both feet! Good for you. There are a lot of good combinations out there but the best recommendation is to try out each [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) or mix by themselves first to see what they do for you at what dose and then worry about combinations. So that means try one spray of something, see what that does for a couple days, the bump up to two sprays. Once you find the level where you see the results you want then you have found your “sweet spot” Once you do that with the products, then jump into combinations. Just remember with 'none not to bump up too high. They sent you P108 for you to test and report back what you see at what dose. Again, I would get some experience with the other products (where you know what you might see) before trying to jump into blind testing of an unknown. Hope this helps some. bosshank ---

Hello JeBy, Welcome and great choice! I would start off with the IG for work and test solo until you find your sweet spot. Then after this switch out the IG with the A314 spray and then find your sweet spot and go from here. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will be the one to start off with for the dating area and save the TUTH for later on. Whatever you do, do not start off with TUTH as it needs to be built up to. IShine is a social and goes with everything. I would test solo and then try with your IG or A314 for work, and then with the Ammo after this. IShine will boost your confidence and put everyone in a great mood. IO is an ice breaker and will help to open people right up to you. IH is great for sales/business especially with A314. If you are in sales or business try a combo if A314/IShine/IH and you will be amazed on how well this works. I would also read up on all the stickies in the top of the intro section as it will give you an idea of what works for what. ---
