hello and welcome, AMMO heavy version 2 sprays + IS in evening followed by TUTH before bed. start with lower doses first then increase the dose and find your sweet spot, dont overdose them. keep posting take care ---

Hi dream7879, Welcome to the site. I am married to with kids, so I can very much relate to the intimate life slowing down. I would take a look into the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you get everything to try and for every situation. This is the best bet starting out IMO. I like to give some options to so I will list in order of importance what I think can help you. 1. **Men’s Ultimate Kit** I list this first because you get everything to try and at a discount already. The current version of the oil is REV32 and yes it is a great version. A314 is really awesome and worth every penny, so yes if you can get it I think you should. ---
