Welp my name is Tory and todays my birthday lol And I wanted to get a gift to myself and I heard alot about [pheromones](https://a314.com/) but never really wanted to spend the money on it. A friend of mine told me to try this site said it was legit and the colonge or pheromone he was wearing smelt great. So here I am lol I want to try ammo, Tuth and another pheromone so tonight I will order mine and see how it goes. Let me know if you have any advice for me ..im 5,9 slightly athletic and slightly darker skin not sure if that matter with pheromones and Im looking for girls to be more friendly and to have a smooth operator type fell when approaching girls. P.s Im 30 today ! not 31 😛 …getting old every digit counts lol ---

Haha happy B day Tory and welcome, glad to have you here. Your friend is right, this place is legit. If you say you’re on the darker side (Hispanic, black, Indian??), chances are you produce quite a bit of androstenone compared to other pheromones. So if you’re looking for the smooth operator vibe then Ammo or IG could be a good start. IH, IO, and CTTM2 are good ones to make girls more friendly. But as always, you would need to play with the dosages (sprays) to find what works best for your personal body chemistry. I imagine IG + CTTM2 would be a good combo for what you’re looking for. But it just might be too soft or ‘beta’. If so then I’d say AMMO + CTTM2. ---

Thanks for the reply Jdub ! and Im Hispanic. Im deff going to check those out and start slow, see what works best and then report in lol . So many choices and effects from each [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) lol Deff need to keep reading the forum but excited for sure ---

You’re welcome! Yeah it takes a lot of reading and even more testing. A little trick I learned is I’ll spray 1 spray, go to a few stores, then about 30min-1hour later add another spray and so on, sometimes hitting other stores. Then in between sprays I write down all noticeable results on my iPhone notepad. That way I get a feel for what dosages fit my chemistry best. Once that’s done I generally know how a certain product will affect me. It’s a win win because I get my shopping done while figuring out a product all in like one day. But it’s always good to retest to confirm. I find this is a really great way to get things done much much faster. Hope you start a journal too, would love to see your results! ---

Welcome TorySmellGood86, I usually suggest the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get a everything to try and at a discount already. This way you can test and see what is the best fit for you. It really comes down to testing to dial things in with any [pheromone](https://a314.com/). This way you can do that. But if you want to just start with a few that is ok to. In addition to what you are thinking of getting the Ammo, and TUTH I also would get IShine also. These were the 3 I started with and I think would be a good fit for you also. I suggest the IShine because you can wear it anywhere and any place. Also it does bring out even more attraction in Ammo which is what you want. I would start with solo testing IShine and then solo test Ammo and then when you have each dialed in try using the 2 together and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Then when things are going well with a woman add 1 spray of TUTH and see where it goes. With TUTH it is really powerful and start low with 1 spray and go from there.
