Hi, all. I’ve been lurking and researching for a couple of months now. I got a togo of [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) based on many good reviews, but I haven’t seen any effect on others or on myself. Contrast this with TUTH, which has immediate self-effects and does seem to work on others. I started my testing at 2 sprays, and worked up to 4-5 over the course of about a week. It was an office environment with a decent range of ages, 20s through 50s, mainly caucasian and hispanic. I’m already a bit of a rockstar at work, and not a wallflower by any means. I assumed this would open people up to me even more, but I haven’t seen even subtle effects on anyone. The person I’m most interested in is a 42-year-old woman who’s already shown heavy IOI in my presence. But the situation is delicate - I report to her. I’ve considered just approaching her and asking, but that could prove disasterous to my career if I’m reading her wrong. MX297 is way too expensive to keep randomly experimenting with. Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can target it better, or will something else work better in my case? I already have IH on the way. Thanks! ---

Ya know, some products just don’t match up with certain people’s body chemistries too well. I’ve encountered this myself. Maybe put the mx297 on the back burner for now (it might prove worthy in mixes) and try the IH when it comes. I think the IH, when worn in her presence, could certainly help your situation. Just get a nice conversation flowing and she might open up to you and give you clues as to how she feels about you. If your situation is that delicate with her, you might want to take it nice and slow and easy on with the mones around her (which you probably already know). Personally, I think if you can get a good TUTH/IH mix to work on her she may find herself getting real personal with you, but I would test the mix on others first. ---

Personally, I get very strong self-effects from MX297.. head-rushy, tall-walking, ‘top o’ the mornin’ to ya’-type selfies. But yeah, individual chemistry varies a lot, some [pheromones](https://a314.com/) just don’t work for some people. You know TUTH works for you though, so that’s a good sign. Maybe try 2 sprays of TUTH with another 2 sprays of MX297 on top? It’s a very nice combo and you might unlock some hidden potential for you from both mixes by throwing them together? ---

I did much more testing. TUTH’s effects on me are similar to Dior Sauvage on dry-down: it makes me salivate a little. Other than that, there is no alteration in mood. Effects I perceived in another person while wearing TUTH were very likely a placebo effect. Tests (all sprays at 1x strength): 1. 3 sprays AMMO to sides and front of neck, with 3 sprays of TUTH to back and sides of neck. Office environment. No hits. Added 2 of IH later in the day, to wrists. No hits. Topped up all three for a Netflix date with a girlfriend later that night. No hits. 2. 4 drops of Alter Ego in morning, 2 sprays of TUTH to wrists (1 each wrist), 3 sprays of MX297 to sides and front of neck. Office environment. No hits. Increased to a total of 15 sprays of TUTH (yes, 15) over the course of the 8-hour workday, in an attempt to trigger any kind of response. No IOI (outside the usual hair twirling and preening I get from one office mate) or IOD from the women, no aggression or alpha challenges from men. I work with about 30 people, of which 10 are women. 3. 2 sprays AMMO, 4 sprays IH, 3 sprays TUTH, hanging out with a girlfriend and 8 of her friends (6 female, 2 male). No hits. 4. 3 sprays AMMO to sides and front of neck, 3 sprays TUTH between back of neck and inner elbows, 4 sprays IH between forearms and wrists. Environment: university lecture hall, attending physics lecture. 200 - 250 people in the hall, at least 70% women. I was there for an hour. No IOI or IOD outside of normal experience. I struck up conversations with a couple of other attendees to see if the IH made a difference. It did not. I’m an attractive, confident man. I only have open relationships (relevant because I’ve worn these things around different women while dating), and have no issues securing dates based on my practice of reading and responding to IOI. I have not seen a single result from pheromones, including a massive OD of “none” (4 drops AE and 15 sprays of TUTH) at work and several experiments around friends and dates. Conclusion: in the absence of double-blind studies to the contrary, I’m going to have to assume any “hits” experienced by people are a placebo effect. This in itself isn’t bad - if you get a boost in confidence and score a number at the bar, that might as well be a hit. But for me, I just overpaid for some mediocre cologne. Thank you for your advice. I’ll keep testing my boss’s IOIs the old fashioned way and see what happens. ---

This seems to happen a lot with people just starting out but… 1. you appear to be spraying way too much product. 2. it is wise to test each product first with 1 spray and work your way up so you can see what they individually do. Then once you know your sweet spots for each you start making combinations to suit your needs. Simply making a pheromone gumbo will not suit your needs. And pheromones don’t always adhere to the more is better rule, only sometimes. ---

Your first mix, 3sprays TUTH and 3 sprays ammo doesn’t even seem feasible for even the most experienced users here. The second (I’m not familiar with alter ego) but 2 sprays TUTH in an office environment would need some considerable buffering. Your third with 2 sprays ammo, 2 TUTH, and 4 IH seems also excessive but could possibly be successful.. Possibly. And your 4th… Well.. Just seeing the 3 sprays TUTH and 3 ammo already makes me shriek. Yikes. If you were to wear colonge to smell good you’d put a few sprays, not 20. ---

Well, it seems that you already made up your mind, and even assumed your results as the same for the thousands of AMMO, TUTH and [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) users out there. So you might consider getting a refund. 🙂 I initially searched for your order to check the strength of your mones but I did not see one made under your email. So I guess the best move we can offer is to compensate you a refund since you did not see favorable effects. 🙂 Just check out the rules for that to properly guide you. 🙂 ---

3 drops of alter ego solo and I have belligerent drunks get all up in my face in nightclubs. Not right away, but after 4-5 hours when the alphanol and most of the rone have worn off.
