**Hi guys My name is Twinkle Toes (not my real name obviously)** **I have read a lot on [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) but not seen any evidence saying it does work or does not work. I am planning on running an experiment of my own on two of my friends, one will know he is being sprayed with pheromones and one that will not.** **The reason I am here is I want opinions on which pheromones you say really work?** **I did a similar experiment 5 years ago and conclusion was inconclusive. From what I remember I used Alpha 7 Heat Scent of Eros Edge** **The reason this interests me is I have a major interest in the human mind and perceptions. I would like to see if pheromones have a placebo effect (like a sugar pill or Hypnosis) or really does have something in it that works.** **if you can recommend a pheromone, where you got it from and also what reaction did you get and what reaction did it advertize? Example: Advert said Trust, I got people male and female talking to me more personally than normal.** ---

Hey Toes! I’m reading that what you want is to demonstrate proof of effects, to your personal satisfaction, rather than demonstrate some life benefit directly? Plain alpha androstenol will produce a profound but safe effect. Aim for 50 mcg +. This one has enough research, but most of it really doesn’t explore the conversation aspects. The so-called chatty effect is so obvious, it’s rarely hard to miss. 12.5 mcg per spray, 5 mL will work. Go higher in mcg or mL for more experiments, but be prepared for 50 micros plus. More sprays at lower micros often better. Cars, small rooms most dramatic. Libraries and classrooms will work. ---
