# Hello. Need advice. Pheromones for Interacting w/ Women I Like. Im 26, live in michigan and was voted one of the shyest people in my high scool… 9 years later im more talkative, more conversations, more open, but my problem is talking to women, im fine talking to them but as soon as I think they like me, I clam up and dont know what to say, still apart of probably my shyness I have looked into this before but never got anything because of the price, but because of the introduction pack, I want to try them out from what I found out is Instant shine, helps boost confidience and makes you happier, people would love to be around me, helps with approaching ammo is more of a club thing and poses you as sexually attractive/ charming vibe, non friendzone attraction, mabye potental boyfriend material Instant gentlemen, boostes confidence and gives more of an alpha vibe (since more of the shyness is still in me, probably woulnt be the best, it might give off the wrong, imprection?) Instant openness is an ice breaker, approaching and starting a convo, but ive seen it also steer conversations towards shallow stuff and then lose intrest (so dont really know about that one) Instant honesty, helps build trust and bonding with people that you meet instant jerk, ill probably will want to stay away from, just because thats not what im really going for I also read somnething about something called a314, I dont know much about that the top ones that stand out for me are instant shine and instant honest (because thats what will help bring them in) an the ammo which is potential boyfriend material, but I dont know much more, what I would like is for an attraction so they want to talk to me, more then a friend and the confiendence also The last thing is, how many sprays of each is a good amount, since there could be more then 2 at a time… I hope for your input, because ive actually wanted to try this for a while and with the introduction pack, I might actually find it now ---

Hello, welcome to the forum. Its a good research. You have invested your time in good reading. With [pheromones](https://a314.com/) less is often more. so start testing each product solo first with 2 sprays max. Then increase dose and find out your sweet spot. also then add other products when you are sure about their individual effects. Would recommend you to go with AMMO + IS + IH. A314 is a great alpha product. Its more for bussiness / office. IG can command respect without intimidating others. Alternatively you can look at Introductory pheromones pack for newbies. Hi rookanga2000, Whoa I like your research and intro good work man. So I would still go with the **Men’s Intro Pack.** The reason is like you said these things can be expensive you are right. With the kit you will get everything to try and at a discount to. This way you get it all and there is no guess work if you really got the right stuff. You really can’t go wrong. But I will list a few that I think will help you and give you some options. **Ammo** Now for dating you will want this as your base pheromone. I would look into [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) as it is better for 18-30 range. **IO** I think this is worth looking into and would wear on the neck area so it helps you open up more as well as others. A lot of users don’t realize pheromones can have a huge impact on themselves to which can work great to your advantage. I think these 2 will help you the most to at least get you going. Looks you like you have enough info on the others to decide which ones are best for you. With dosage I find that with your age most of the products should be 2-3 sprays should be about right, but the only way to really find out is test. The only exception is TUTH and would start with 1 spray and then go from there. Good Luck!!! ---

Start with taking care of the shyness. You’ve done great research. The products you need for this first phase are IS / IO / IH and IG (maybe CTTM2 would be great too). [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would be for later, once you’ve taken care of your social issues first. You can look into the men’s starter pack. ---

What do you mean by base [pheromone](https://a314.com/), is that someone specific or are you talking about it as a main pheromone also where are the best spots to spray, should i spray then walk threw it to go as much as possible all around or does each one work better in certain spots like the neck? ---

The shyness thing will go away, but its more of the getting them to come my way and want to talk that I want, I just have a harder time trying to approach a women, but if they came to me, I think the shyness would go away, I just need that little edge to make me stand out, I guess, do you know what I mean ---

Sorry I should have made it more clear. So after you kind of get an idea by solo testing each product and are ready to mix a couple I always have a base pheromone. The base pheromone is what I build the mix on pretty much. Your goal is attracting women I would start using Ammo as your base and build off of the. 2 sprays Ammo like 1 left and 1 right neck. This is typically where I wear it. For me I usually put the socials on my wrists like IO or IH. So you really have to think about your environment and what you would like to get across. Also a lot of people don’t realize pheromones can be like a double edge sword and effect you to. IO might be a good option to wear on your throat so it helps you stay open to. 2 sprays Ammo because you want to attract women and then maybe a shot of IO to the throat might go well. But my base pheromone is what I usually build my mix off of. The key is to wear on pulse points basically. Anything with body heat will help diffuse these things and get them into the air to effect your targets. ---

Hello rookanga. Welcome to PheromoneTalk! 🙂 The guys above have handled you pretty well and I’ll say amen to their recommendations. I must remind you though that what we are selling here is no magic potion. You need to put your best effort too because, it’s an open secret here that the best partner for a pheromone is you, the user. So you must recognize your basic problem. Your problem is your self-confidence, and not the women not approaching you first. If you addressed your basic problem properly, you will be the one approaching the women, and problem solved. Now that kind of problem is not quick to solve. Because it’s an overhaul of you, it may take some time. But man, you’ll never regret it. 🙂 So take the Intro Pack and test each solo. Oh I never knew about the body heat diffusing it, that makes sense now Could I, hypothetical put IO on one wrist and IH on the other? Would that be a double edge sword or should I be fine, because it wouldn’t be to much? ---

You could try both on wrists, but I agree with Justintime, self-effects of IO are not bad to help with your situation. But keep IH on the wrist, it’s much better there 🙂. Or you can learn the hard way if you prefer and try it in the neck too, hehe. ---

I find with pheromones it is like art to me and what I love is you can make a million different combo that is very unique to you. I think one of the important things also is to have fun with it. I know first starting out you can get hung up on finding hits and getting results. Sometimes it does take time and doesn’t happen over night and I think a lot of newer members get discouraged. So just enjoy it. ---

With IO if you are shy it can work wonders on helping you open up. Most user will put on there wrists to effect there targets more. ---

Thinking about doing the ammo 2 sprays around the neck, one of both sides, and instant honest and instant openness on my wrist, I think that would be a perfect combo for the girl opening up to me and having an attraction also ---

It’s always better to try each product solo first and find your sweet spot for each before doing combos. If your not familiar with the effects each product has on yourself, you’ll have a hard time fine tuning things. But you’re the boss 🙂. ---

How much is to much? not the amount that is sprayed, but how many different types you can have on you for example ammo summer and turn up the heat on your neck and instant openness and instant honest on your wrist, is that to much or a good combo? ---

You can essentially have as many as you want on. The problem is it just gets to complex to figure out what is doing what and how to adjust the mix. Even after you solo test each one I would stay with 2-3 max different things at any 1 time. For your age 2 sprays Ammo and TUTH might be a little to much. I just ordered a few, thinking of 2-3 ammo on neck and 2 cttm on the wrist, one for each side, now I do know I have to fine tune it to my chemistry, but for what the two are made for the combination, should be a good combination for having women want to talk to you and be interested in you, correct?
