# Hello. Need advice. Pheromones for Interacting w/ Women I Like. With those to it should go well. It is best to solo test and find a sweet spot with each product and it does take some time usually over about a week or so to really get the hang of each product. I know I start making combinations early on to and sometimes it can backfire, but with what you are using and the dose it should be ok. I try to wear socials like your CTTM2 on my wrists and I have worked on trying to talk more with my hands so it spreads them around more. Most of the instant line I find 2-3 sprays just about right. You will have to test to find what works best but for most 2-3 sprays is good. Some like IH are really powerful and even 1-2 sprays is plenty. So if your goal is to attract women Ammo is a great one as a base and I would build off of that one. Once you find your sweet spot stick with that then trying adding different things like your CTTM2 then maybe next week try using IS with it and so on till you find a combination you really like. I still find when in doubt I will use the most basic setup of Ammo and then IS. Very effective. With the instant line you can do just about anything if you find the right setup. ---

I actually have instant shine and been using it for the last few days, it’s kinda weird both times, one was 2, one was 3, I sprayed on my neck, it made me feel more confident but it also made me feel more pissed off, is that normal for this? ---

It’s normal if your system is picking up the confidence vibe of IS. At least you know now that 2 or 3 sprays gives you a not so good results. So your sweetspot for IS now is 1 spray. Cool! You’ll save a lot. 🙂 Hunt for sweetspot for the other mones you have too before embarking on the combos. 🙂 ---

No I think it was more because I was pissed off with what was going on, although I do find it that im a lil more agetatied with it, although, with cttm and ammo it kinda worked for me actually ---

I have herd of guys getting irritated with Ammo, but never IS. I hope you start a journal we can follow because I am very interested in this. Maybe you are just the exception to this I don’t know. We all have a different chemistry make up. ---
