Hello Jamari and welcome to the forum. Like Pago said, the best phero to use really depends on what you want to do with the pheros: work, social, romance? Now of course there is a certain amount of overlap as some pheros can be used anytime, but there are also certain pheros or combinations of pheros that are best used in certain situations. So part of it depends on what you are looking to do. Another factor that comes into play is you personality. Certain pheros can help in weak areas or play to your strengths.
