Hello, everyone. First thing’s first, let me explain my username. It’s a wonderful sacred plant with a very long history of use from Tibet to Egypt. It’s mildly psychodelic and was used for various religious and party purposes (said to be an aphrodisiac mixed with wine, in my experience a bit too sedative but nevermind). I don’t want to go offtopic here, if anyone has an interest, let me know on pm I’ll be glad to give some info. I’m a 22 year old guy from Serbia, and I luckily ended up on this forum because I was googling oxytocin. I was doing so because I’m interested in various herbs like the Lotus etc. Now I realise that I would be missing out on half the story if I didn’t find this forum. So I’d like to get started in this big world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) ASAP 🙂. To tell you the truth, I have no idea where I would get started. Perhaps the easiest (most noticable) social one would be best. Looks like lots of people here like ammo, so I guess I should start there too. ---

Hi welcome to the forum bluelotus. Great you have found this site it is well laid out and helps you understand the products. For more information you could look thru the log and read the stickies. But on the socials that you have mentioned might help you. I would go wiyh instant shine that brings up the mood of you and those around you. Also instant openness which makes people chatty around you and instant honesty might work great for you also. But we need more information from you. What are you looking for out of pheromones. Hey bluelotus welcome to the board buddy, I second lukester suggestion on instant openess and shine both are good pheros to start with. What kind of results are you mainly looking for strictly social? Or more attention from women? if its the latter then ammo is a great product. I was nervous buying that one at first thinking it would smell like some cheap cologne(i usually wear designer ones armani, gucci, etc.), but it smells great to me and everyone around me. tell us alittle more about your goals and we can better direct you. good luck 😃 ---

Well, I have to admit that my goals are pretty wide. For now, I’d like to start with some easier to notice pheromones, like the ones you mentioned instant openness and shine. Of course I’m also interested in attraction from women (I don’t know a guy who isn’t 😉 ). From what I read here, ammo seems balanced so I thought it would be the easiest to notice. I’m probably going to get instant openness for the social and ammo for attraction. I know how to read bodylanguage fairly well (read a good book on it), so I think I’ll be able to notice it. Also A314 looks like a great one for job interviews and simmilar stuff (a lot of stuff like that should be happening in the next year for me). But I’m guessing that’s not the easiest one to start with and I’m in no hurry. ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Openess are great for starters for the reasons mentioned above. I think you’ll be happy with that as a first order. ---

Thanks guys and gals. river, I gave your post about diets a quick glance, looks very interesting! I am also very interested in dieting and psychological effects (like for example, fasting releases endogenous opioids - anorexia addiction, milk has tryptophan which is a precursor for serotonin and which makes you calm and makes sleeping easier etc.). Pheromones must have an effect, great idea! Gonna read it all. ---

I know several of the pheros here come in grapefruit smell so I’ll have to start testing that theory.🙂 ---

IO Ishine and IH are all good social type mixes that cause attraction and draw others to you as well as open them up more.
