Just what it says.. im new here! Im 31, almost 32, male and was divorced 3 years ago. I have taken a 3 year break from dating and everything related. Now im looking to get back on the scene and have some fun. Problem is i seem to have lost my confidence… So i am researching [pheromones](https://a314.com/) to see if maybe this will help get me that spark back that i lost and get me back in the game. ---

I am new here too and too new to know much about what suits people, especially guys, but there are lots of people here who can point you in the right direction 🙂 I do know they won’t give you confidence just enhance what you already have, drag it kicking & screaming back to life 😃 ---

Hi there shogunmark, a warm welcome to the mone forum, PheroTalk! For a confidence boost, IShine is reported by many to provide it. In my own testing, it is a bit of a bump… The relaxed mood it provides to you and others around you, though, will make things easier. Gingiber alludes to enhancement, that is exactly what they’ll do… highlight YOU as a person and an individual. You just need to show some confidence in yourself to have the mones HIGHLIGHT that vibe and for you to be in congruence with the Confidence bump they provide. You can’t spray a lamp with AMMO and have people just come up to it and say, DAMN, that’s a confident, SEXY, Lamp… I wonder what wattage bulb it has under it’s hood??? 😃 I think AMMO would help you out, as in my testing of it, I can use it anytime because it gives me a sexy, confident to be in my own skin feeling that I can easily steer it to less or more sexiness.😉 We all on the forum enjoy talking to people who are open and willing to try out something new. i ordered 6 togo items and got them the other day. I have to say that even if this [pheromone](https://a314.com/) stuff doesnt work then i would probably buy more [Ammunition](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) anyway, that stuff smells great! ---

Glad you like the AMMO! Shogunmark, start up a journal in the men’s forum, to chronicle your sprays/amounts and reactions as well as combo’s. This helped me out greatly to better use my mones. Especially with the Togo’s as @ 40 sprays go quickly!!! 🙂 The more experienced mone users are in that and the women’s forums and don’t often come over to the Intro forum. Cheers! ---
