Just been reading up on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and decided to give them a try. Couple of questions: -Are the smaller “To-Go” bottles as potent as the larger, more expensive bottles? -How many sprays are ideal? For example, would 1 spray from the bottle be effective? Would it be more effective to put 3-5 sprays to get larger effects? -What are some good application points - Neck? Hair? Arms? Clothes? -What are some good mixes to get started? I am a bit of shy guy, and I am not good with women at all. Don’t get me wrong, I can get dates with women, but my dates never go past the 1st dates and I am still a virgin. Any suggestions on which pheromones would really help me stand out with women… **ESPECIALLY ON DATES?** ---

Hi bballfan90, welcome to the forum . 1. Yup TOGO are similar in potency as the larger one, only difference is they are less in quantity , hence are priced less. hence one can use and see the results first before jumping for Big full 30 ml bottles and can save money , if the product doesnt suits someone. they are also easy to carry hence names " travel on the go" 1. To know how many sprays will be ideal : you need to do a self testing and find your own sweet spot . Often with pheros “less is often more” . “More sprays to get larger effects” : Is not true. its about chemistry of your body and pheros , the sweet-spot. with more spray you may do OD. 2. there is a sticky thread on application points : [Application points 101: a guide to where on the body to apply pheromones](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/application-points-101/53343) 3. IMO : you should wear AMMO + IS +IO . AMMO for posing yourself as a potent BF material, it helps you make sexually attractive.
