1Alpha thank you so much for your suggestions, it helps a lot. I will do what you said and start trying with 5mu TAF, then later on i will try p74 as it has been mentioned on forum by someone its getting him in deep meditation by calming effect. I am a bit confused about bNOL and aNOL. Alpha and Beta words are also used for expressing the state of conciousness. Alpha: calmed state (while reading or meditating, Beta: daily activities where we think and act quickly. Does alphaNOL and betaNOL have any relations with what they mean?
