# hello, new to all of this

Hi there,

Its always good to have another woman join the forums(^_^)Thats cool that youve already had a bit of experience with pheromones.They do help a bit but the effects are usually quite subtle although they can be blatant.They usually are 10% and you are the other 90%(^_^)These links are pretty cool for understanding the effects and knowing what to look out for to know if they are working.Its true that you dont actually consciously smell them though,they kind of affect the subconscious more.
