Im waiting for my first order i ordered Super ammo since im around 30 and turn up the heat expert. I will try them out in the next couple of weeks and let everyone know my results, i have low expectations and im kinda skeptical about the whole phermones thing i guess i will find out first hand and let people know.. Hey There, Welcome to the forum! Depending on the situations you plan on using these in I would definitely recommend experimenting with Ammo before testing the TUTH. If you could share with us a little more about what you are hoping to achieve with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) we could give you some more specific advice. Welcome to the forum. Especially since you’re arlready sceptical, you’re setting up for failure by purchacing anone products in high strengths. Be aware, anone can make people avoid you or become hostile when used in high strengths. ---

Hi! You should use Turn Up Th Heat sparingly in public or just use when in private w/ 1 person because it is very sexual and very strong. Pheros def work & I got TUTH as a sample before & I sprayed it under my nose and it really " enhances " any sexual experiences. You should try Instant Openess and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) for communication. Those would help in everyday Life & romantically. They basically do what they say. I thinkm Instant Openess works stronger but, everyone is different. Have fun! ---

well i am a normal guy, i have no problem talking to women or flirting with them, The best way i can describe my situation is when im at a bar or club i talk with the ladies but its just small talk, i try to take it father but there is usually some other guy who catches thier attention and they usually go with him. Its not a personality, physical, or material issue, i did some research and found that some men have lower phermones then others. i tried a pheomone spray i bought at lovers lane , i dont think its the real mc coy but it has some affect. Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Hmm Double AMMO and TUTH 5.0. Is this what you ordered. Thats is a whole lot of anone. Even at 30 your not gonna be needing this much. With mones more is not better. They can actually give the opposite effect your looking for when you over do it especially with the heavy masculine products. With AMMO you can use this in any environment. Its buffered and quite balanced. Since you got Double AMMO work with one spray for a while and see how you do. Then move up to two if you need to. TUTH is unbuffered and comes on strong at the 2.5 strength. I suggest with your GC you get some of the comfort social mones to buffer it more. This is not for everday use. Its best used in clubs and sexual atmospheres. Also in one on one situations when you want to progress into more intimate relations. Take a look at IH and IO in the to-go size. well i got my order yesterday and i got a free instant honesty, i tried the IH by itself,it really relaxed me . I put ammo on and went to the bank, nothing there but the girls are working so thats not a true test…Tonight im going to a bar to test the effects IL try 2 sprays ammo 1 on wrists and 1 on back of neck 3 sprays instant honesty 1 on the neck 2 on the wrist, And turn up the heat 1 spray back of neck… ---
