Hi all, Ok, As with most noobs, i was cynical and curious of how good [pheromones](https://a314.com/) were claimed to be until i stumbled on this forum about three months ago. Now i aint saying am a total believer but browsing through countless number of threads on here has made me a bit optimistic about its effects. I have done my bit of the research so i clearly know pheromones aint some ‘magic potion’ or some other outrageous noob-y expectations. Apart from the obvious reward of a ‘GC’ for saying ‘hello’ (trying to subsidize my first ‘field-test’ on pheromones 🙂); i would like to get suggestions from experienced users on here about pheromones that are compatible with my personality 'cos i read they merely enhance what is already good about your personality and they account for only 10% and the other 90% is down to the wearer. Since you might need parameters of my personality to better suggest what type of pheromone might be compatible with me; I am tall (6 ft 3in last time i checked) athletic and average-looking and I’m 23. I am the typical introverted type of guy which at ‘most’ times translates to ‘shy around the opposite sex’, i only seem to lack a definitive edge in my ‘game’- which is probably the ice-breaking part/approaching-which pheromones could in the least improve. Anyways, suggestions and recommendations are welcome and would be appreciated. x4l ---

Hey! It’s great to know that you know it’s not a magic potion or anything like that. quite refreshing! But yea these really do have very real effects and if you want proof just get A314… the self effects alone were enough to turn my skepticism 180 degrees within 10 minutes. Actually after reading that I think A314 would be a decent choice.. The good is that it will up your confidence and energy in social situations, but can also make you a bit more unapproachable… like you’re too good or something 🙂 so you have to be able to make first moves most of the time. Another good choice that wont have as much of the approachability is IG.. it does the same kind of things but more suave than complete alpha. If you get A314 than you could buffer it with something like IO as well, which would make you more approachable again. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is one everyone loves too, it’s just a great all around attractant and social lubricant. Let us know how things go and if you have any other questions! ---

Xpanola welcome to the forums! I too was like yourself when i first started lurking and did quite a bit of homework before i actually decided to join an try them out. I found that Instant shine was a great one for me. I tend to be the same way and looking back realized that i kind of always was with girls that were constantly throwing themselves at me rather than being the constant pursuer. Instant shine gives me a confidence boost, im more social and outgoing, upbeat and smiley. I would often get at times that i seemed unapproachable too because i wasnt constantly smiling. The self effects from this mone was what turned my skepticism upside down. Its all about experimenting which ones work best for you. Some people do not get self effects at all, and some do. And yes it is all about pairing what can enhance your personality. hope that gives you a little bit of information on how i began and think you should def pick up a to go of instant shine cuz its great with any mix, and i love it as a stand alone. I have gotten hits with it as a stand a lone as well, even though i typically just wear it to brighten up the day.
