Hey all, I’m a 21 year old spanish girl, who has recently moved to Belgium. I’ve been taking a look at the forum every now and then, because I was always very interested in knowing whether [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) actually work or not (never got around buying any though.) But, I’m making a new start! I’ve been shutting myself down for the past couple of years (major depressive episode, low self esteem etc.) and now I’ve finally decided to get out of my shell, moved to a new country, and will resume my education. After having done some reading, I am considering trying instant sexiness or instant shine, in hopes that they’d help me a little bit, any suggestions for a newbie are most welcome though 😃. Greetings Doofix! The strongest are always those who rise up from the ashs after they suffered. You’ll see how much you have grown in strength. Don’t lose your confidence no matter what! And Instant Sexiness surely is a good choice, it turned my head quite intense lately (I didn’t even know what she used at that time). Well, I’m not expecting any magic or anything, just a little boost tbh ^^ I’d like to use them mostly for confidence boost/feeling more at ease with myself. But subtle attraction wouldn’t hurt either 😃. I’ve been reading some more and giving it some more thought now, and I need a bit more advice haha. Currently I am hesitating between those 3 to try first, Instant Sexiness A/B and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to try first, so here’s a bit more background: - I am going to be studying in a field that I consider very challenging, I do believe I am fairly good at it, but sometimes I just lack the confidence to go with my idea, so something that does give some confidence is good (I don’t know if IH gives that as well). - I would like to potentially start up something, not looking for a casual fling too much, something with potentially more to it would be awesome, so I don’t know whether I should go for IS right away, or just go for IH and take it from there? - If I do decide to go with Instant Sexiness, I have no idea whether to go for A or B..I usually tend to be very low profile so I wanna try A, but I’m afraid I’d go overboard. Also, I’m somewhat scared about IH affecting me as well, I do have a tendency to get carried away more than I should when I’m attracted to someone, it’s something I have to watch out for already so.. Hey again, I’m not sure what you mean by “low profile”. If you are not entirely sure about the differences, check this out [Whats the difference between "Instant Sexiness" and "Instant Sexiness B"](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/whats-the-difference-between-instant-sexiness-and-instant-sexiness-b/39530) IH would be good in my oppinion because people would be going to trust you more, and you’d get a connection to many people at your new place. However without ISexiness it’s not a really attracting mone. You can also buy both and mix them. What about the IShine? It seemed like a really nice choice to me, so did you decide against it? ---

Thanks again Mysterion 😃 Well, by low profile I mean I tend to put myself in situations where I’m quasi-invisible..just stay in my corner and do my thing because I’m too scared, I’d like to stop doing that \>.\> Aaah I like them all \>.\< must have some control and only try one first though 😃 if I like how it is I have feeling they’ll become a habit haha. ---

Welcome Doofix, Confidence is key but unfortunately with all that’s going on in sometimes situations cause us to have low self esteem Work towards having that esteem no matter what situation may arise or how you look or even without the pheromones These products can help push you in a positive direction and help with your steps but you have to make most of the effort I suggest Is/b since you are shy and working towards confidence to help make you feel comfortable in your skin Shine to make you feel good and to make others feel good around you **Your gc was issued!** ---
