**hey all, my name is daniel and im 19 im a male (obviously lol) and i live in australia.** **im not the best looking guy around, but have a great personality. Hi daniel. Welcome to the forum. For social, try IO, IH and Shine. IO will open up people and the will like to talk to you. It helps in making new friends. IH will make the conversation deeper and more meaningful. They will feel like they have known you for long time. Shine will uplift the mood of the poeple around you. What’s Updog? 🙂 Welcome to the forums. I’m another Aussie like you, and a bit quiet too. I find Instant Shine really lifts my mood, especially if I spray it where it will affect me (like chest or front of neck). I recommend that for you. I also find [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) gets other people to start conversations with me, so try that one as well. It may help if you don’t need to initiate the convo. Meditation is another thing I recommend, I think shyness is really all about a low tolerance for tension, so meditation can help.
