Hi Im a 29 year old male who likes to have fun, go to the beach and does not want to get married at the moment. Im from the burgh in Pa. Hi Jay and welcome! Look likes you are gonna have even more fun with phero and sure u will love it! I have live in the north for a while, yea cold is killin 🙂 I would recommand you ammo, it is great for initial attraction. Also it is balanced and well made for better results. You will get a lot of smiles and looks from this! What kind of personality do you have? This help getting more accurate advice. ---

i am a teacher but can be shy initially in social settings. im the typical person in some ways who cant walk up to someone but once i start talking, then i wont shut up. do u recommend regular ammo or the ammo 1.5 TY ---

Jayzee, hi! Awesome that you find us! Tell us something a little about yourself so we can help you out. I’m not too sure how pheros work at the beach so you can ask around about that.. But other places, hanging out, the clubs, work, yeah pheros will be great! Any reason why you’re looking to turn to pheros? Tired of the same crowd and wanna meet new people? i guess im like any guy. looking for an edge and wants to meet more women. i think it would be helpful to have a good mone arsenal, when i go to the beach. the beach being the bars near the beach. i think im gonna buy ammo real soon and then start to add more mones as time goes on. ---

I guess I missed your post right here.. The store only stores one kind of ammo. For beginners it won’t make a world of difference, so use Ammo. It’s good that you’re familiar with the stuff that you’re planning on buying though. You could try [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to make other people comfortable around you and start talking, but spray it at a distance so you won’t talk too much. To me, talking to strangers are always a good thing, depending on your personality though, some people who talks too much are just plain annoying. So don’t spray it too close to yourself or else you won’t stop talking. Try some Instant Shine as well ---

which is better IShine or [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). can they be worn at the same time. can u OD on these. Can u OD on them when worn separately or only when worn in combination. Peace ---

Yeah, there is only ammo 1.0 availible now. But number doesn’t mean anything, it is a great product, not worse than 1.5 by any means! Instant openness is a great product for shy people. It gets everyone including yourself talking much more easily. Very important tool when socializing and meeting new people 🙂 Instant shine and ammo are different. No one can see which is better for you. Basically shine is for happy mood, and ammo is for attraction ---

Hello Jay and welcome to the forum. Per the advice above, if you are only going to get one product right now I recommend Ammo. It only comes in version 1.0 now. They tired 1.5 and discontinued it. You can possibly OD on anything with 'none in it, but with Ammo that will not be a big risk at your age. You can probably safely use 1-3 sprays of Ammo without risk of an OD. Just remember to start with 1 spray of ammo for the first few days watching for effects. Move up until you do see effects. Once you see the effects, that is your dose. If you go above 3 sprays and see women avoiding you, move back down. Again - You get the OD from a product with 'none in it. Usually either TUTH or Ammo. But for you that means you went to a high dose - probably above 3 sprays.You can get that effect whether you are using the product with 'none in it by itself or in conjunction with other products. You cannot OD on [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as it has no 'none. Hope this helps. ---

Hello Jay Welcome to pherotalk 🙂 As it has already been said AMMO only comes in 1.0 at this time. 1.5 had Ishine in it but its just as easy to buy shine seperate and use it when you want. Which of course means yes you can use them together or as stand alones. Together they will be great socially and you could use Ishine at work because kids respond well around it. They come in the to-go size to, if you just want to try them before spending alot of money on the large size. Anything, with anone, you can OD on if used carelessly. Its not as bad as the Phrase implies. It just means the product wont work or people get cranky. You should be fine. 😃 **Your GC will be in your email box in the next 24 to 48 hours** 😃 Tisha
