Hi, I’m Alex Podolinsky. I am of Russian descent, I live in New York state (don’t want to get more precise). I’m 16 and-a-half years old, just looking for a little help. My Friend introduced me to pheromones with this product: Pure Instinct But the student has surpassed the teacher, and has found this site before him. I am a guy, i guess its going to say that somewhere to the left… I guess I’m friendly, don’t really try to be a bad person. I’m here because my friend introduced me to pheromones, and i was going to buy some, but then i thought i should do my research first… So here I am, doing some research on this site… I was hoping that this research will actually get me a good product which, in turn, will help me in High School. So, here goes. Just a few questions here: 1. I tried that pheromone (link above), It smells like… heaven i guess. Is it any good? 2. Is there any one universal [Pheromone cologne](https://a314.com/shop/) that will help anyone? 3. What is the single best Pheromone cologne out there (for a reasonable price)? Thanks for your time if you read this, and i hope many of my Pheromone questions will be answered. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. I have never used the pheromone, so I cannot offer any insight on it. Have you experienced results from it? There is not any universal mone that will help anyone..they all do very different things and everyone has their own unique body chemistry. In my opinion, the single [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) for attracting females and just all around goodness is Ammo. It is a fantastic, easy to use mone that is great for new users, and works in pretty much any situation. What are your main goals with pheromones? Attraction? Socialization? ---

HI there, Welcome to the forum. I haven’t try the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) mentioned there. Can’t comment. Some pheromones are smelly but pheromones here in ANdrotics are normally cover by fragrance. WHat pheromones to use is depending on what kind of result you want to achieve. There are pheromones for respect, sexual, feel good, social and so on. Tell us more your purpose of using pheromones and we can give you some recommendations. Cheers ---

Other than that, my friend just told me it made girls just stare at him and everyone asked what that “awesome smell” was.. My main goal was actually attraction. Well, socialization too, but mainly attraction. Thanks for your answers. ---

Although, since you are in High School and already are producing a huge amount of Androstenone, the main ingredient in ammo, I think it might be a good idea to go with socials. Instant Shine is a great mone that produces a fun and healthy “glow” around the wearer. It will make people enjoy being around you more. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) might also help because it gets conversation flowing between you and the people around you. Those are good for a high school environment and talking and meeting new people. ---

My personality? Well, I try to talk to a lot of people, never be mean, never hurt anyone’s feelings. I feel shy, but try to overcome that shyness. Most of the time it works. What if i mix a bit of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), with some Instant shine and Instant openness. ---

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) works great with ammo, and so does IO. Im just not quite sure how well ammo works in people under like 20’s. It is a great pheromone though.. I think you should go for ammo and Instant Shine. ---

It is different for everyone. I never go above 2 sprays of ammo. But yeah, a 1 to 2 ratio is what I use. Different doses for everyone though. Its all about trial and error. Eventually you will know what dose works best for you. ---

I guess Ammo has a pretty powerful smell… So if you are putting two different [Pheromone colognes](https://a314.com/shop/) on, do you mix them, or do you keep them separated? ---

No, theres no need to mix them. Just spray each one on and youll be good to go. Good places to apply are wrists, neck, chest ---
