Almost 30 year old from Ireland(hello to all fellow paddies). First experience with pheremones was years ago, for £1 stuck in a vending machine you could get a small vile of what claimed to be pheromones…gave it a go for a laugh - low and behold the interest i got from girls was unprecedented, lets just say that i had fun! Dunno if it was a coincidence or not. I aint a bad looking chap but im not tall - like 5’5 - so i could use a bit of leveling the playing field lol. Was browsing and found this forum and decided to make a purcase..spent €100 or so. Have been going through a dry patch with the ladies(since splitting with long term gf though that was almost 2 years ago:o) though im well over all that. I hope this will help regain my erm mojo 🆒 Got Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) so any help and hints appreciated ---

Hey Ontheball! Welcome to the forums! I wish i could claim to be a patty… i’m irish descent, but born in the US. But i’ll bet i have a pretty similar phero signature. 🆒 So i see you already got some products from Smartmones. Before I tell you which and how much to apply, how about a bit more info? Such as what kind of personality do you have, shy or outgoing? Where were you thinking about using the pheros? Work, at home, pub? I know you said you were trying to attract the ladies with them. Anyone else you were hoping to affect? Friends, family, yourself? A little more info and we’ll give you some fine tailored advice, as well as a $25 gift certificate. Hmm! Im a bit complex i think. Chatty and outgoing enough in small groups, classroom enviornment. I tend to be a bit overwhelmed/quiet/shy in a club or house party(hate dancing lol) but if i manage to break the ice with somone i dont bore to death 😃 When im relaxed with somone i can charm and entertain. Have had 8 years at University and am job hunting…so im not minted(yet 😉). Im not overbearing but im well capable of asserting myself if necessary with people. Im quite sporty so no beer gut or anything. Im terrible at reading signs of interest from girls to the extent of annoying pals. I have missed too many oppertunities. Have had decent interest from women just not of late and not so sure why tbh as i havent changed(not put on weight for example). I would not find it easy just to walk up to a random girl and start chatting. Eh! I would use pheros as a social boost i suppose so pub, maybe work in due course. I myself could do with a bit of a lift i suppose. (As a side i was always kind of a leader type, popular at school n stuff then a while back i just seemed to become a ghost where id nearly have to stand on a chair to get heard…im not used to this) Oh and regardless of chat and charm closing the deal with a girl, if you excuse the term, i find bit tough as i suppose im good at self preservation lol. I have a nasty habit of finding out the interest in me after the oppertunity has passed ☹ and now im just rambling lol 😛 ---

Mmk… i think you picked two pretty good products for what you’ve described. Instant Shine is almost always a good bet, since it can be worn just about anywhere. It gives off that “healthy glow” that others pick up on, as well as can sometimes boost your own confidence. Ammo will help you send off that sexual vibe (not here to just be friends 😉), but has two [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) to buffer it out and make sure they dont run for cover. I wish we had talked before ordering, cause i probably would have also recommended you get Instant Openness in the same order and save on some postage. Instant Openness helps people feel more chatty and makes you seem more approchable, helps break the ice if you will. Since you said you had a bit trouble with that part, might give you the edge you were looking for. But you could always use your $25 GC and get it next time. Oh and one other thing while having fun is good, i like to know a girl before before getting funky, or as we say here ‘off to discuss politics’ (so first name essential 😛) Seriously though im not a slapper(or the male equivalent) ---

They just give people a bit of a push… like “hey, come talk to me…”, not “hey, come get freaky, you cannot resist!” After that, it’s all up to you. Hello there, Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Ahhh vending machine mones, that would most likely be Dr Dodds stuff. He actually has very good products. I love his excite wipes. Harder to come by here in the USA though so when I do see them I stock up like crazy LOL So lets see what you bought… [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Ishine. Perfect products to start with. You may get a freebie in there as well. I suggest you start with one at a time so you can see exactly what the product does for you and figure out how much to use. Welp, all the really good advice has been dispensed. I do have one thing to add, you say you’re bad at picking up when a lady likes you. I found androtics a month or so ago and have spent way too much money on my newfound addiction already…Ammo seems to work well on the girls from what all the guys post … and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is just like happy drugs in spray form. I put it on for a work meeting today and felt like a rockstar. And I needed it too (higher up types!). I wonder what you got for your pound??! I definitely started off the wrong way and combined all the pheros I could at first - now I find myself going back to basics and trying one or two at a time as suggested…its easier for me to pinpoint which does what, and how much I need of each.
