I’m Jessica. A 24 yr old girl currently living in Cleveland, Ohio. I’ve recently became aware of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and was hoping to learn more about it here. I hear they can not only be used as a sexual attractant, but a confidence booster as well. I am a rather shy person, so I thought this may help. Can anyone tell me any personal experiences on how using them has effected you? ---

Welcome Jessica! The forum is full of personal experiences. Cruise over to the ladies forum and do a bit of reading on what other women have experienced. You may want to give the social products, IH and io a shot. They are both great for stimulating conversations, although each tends to have it’s own special “flavor”, so you may wish to try them both. ---

Hi there, Jess! Welcome to the mone forum. Mones do have an influence to varying degrees on others around you when you wear them. They also, sometimes, have self effects as well. IShine can also boost your self confidence in self effects, a feeling of being comfortable to be around. In all cases, though, mones will NOT work magically, making people do whatever you want. They work behind the scenes, supporting your own actions. Which is what it takes, at the very least, smiling and being open to convo’s with others. Then, the mones will silently, be working their influence on others around you. I can see IO help out as well, as it gets me a bubbly, want to talk to communicate to others feeling. What he means is that IO is good for those initial conversations - it generates a lot of general chatter and can give you a feeling of uplift or maybe almost euphoria. A lot of chat. so much so that I seldom use it as all the chatter sometimes drives me crazy. Ih on the other hand generates feelings of connection and trust. Which can lead to deeper conversations. Sometimes a lot of deeper conversations where people will tell you what is really on their minds. Good or bad. You gotta be ready for anything. Like your BFF will tell tell you anything from how much you mean to her or that she slept with your boyfriend last weekend while you were out of town kinda thing. ---

Welcome Jessica! For more about personal experiences it is a good idea to pop into the female section for that. There are hundreds of threads and journals that will interest you. The social products are definitely a great start so you can get your sea legs as bella would put it but we do have quite a few products or advise from the women on products used for attraction.
