Hello , I am a 20 year old guy from Greece. Never had an experience with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) so don’t know what to expect … I am an ok guy, mostly friendly, sometimes uncomfortable around people I don’t know . I am an introvert and I do not have a lot of experience with the other gender , but i am willing to learn and to evolve as long as i don’t go over the edge. Physically I am fit and I have a good appearence. So what do I want mones to do for me ? Well i don’t know really . There is a girl I like and if mones could be an ice-breaker that would be nice, I will take it from there. She is the opposite of me though, an extrovert with a flaming personality and lots of friends.That’s competition for me. She’s having a hard time right now so i guess I shouldn’t start with heavy stuff like TUTH and AMMO . I guess IO or IS would do the trick for an ice-breaker right? So what the hell ? Let’s try this!I guess I will learn something anyway! ---

Hey and welcome! That’s pretty good information in a few lines 🙂 You can in fact expect mones to break the ice and maybe cause a single spark. And yes, like you said, you can take it from there. Good attitude! 😉 You can use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) if you wish, nothing wrong there. It’s not so “heavy” as in being too much for her to handle. But Ammo won’t serve as an ice breaker. So like you said, IO - Makes people chatty and feel at ease. Makes you less intimidating and more approachable. IShine - Brilliant and more confident than the rest - the slogan hits the nail on the head! You’ll feel more comfortable in your own skin and happy. You’ll radiate a youthful vibe others will love! IH - Helps to get the truth out of people, makes them chatty and helps them and you to just say what you want to say with less thinking about it. Those 3 I’d recommend – with the IShine you’ll get the spark and some happiness in her life (whatever she’s going through, you don’t have to tell us). The IO is a pure Ice Breaker to make both of you chatty. With IH you might get some information about how she feels and why she feels that way and other stuff about her life building rapport at a fast rate. 🙂 Anyways, how did you find your way to this site? Hi curious, and welcome to the mone forum. Mones will help you out of your shell, but won’t lead the way. You’ll have to do the leading. You’ll need to work on your conversations(Interesting things to talk about and involve those around you) and body language. Focus on looking at yourself objectively and work on those things that you see that’ll need to be updated. If you are able to humbly look at yourself, critique yourself, and don’t mind taking yourself lightly, others will be attracted to you. Remember, we all have things we’re dealing with and having the comfort of someone who’s also working on themselves brings up the comfort levels. THEN, using IShine and IO would work THAT much more. Smile, be friendly and tease a bit. These things will help out with not only this gal but any other interactions you’ll come across. 🙂 I would suggest, though, using IG for the confidence boost and the respect it projects to others. Using this as a base along with IShine would get things going for you, IMHE. 1Alpha . ---

Thanks for the welcome guys! Well i stumbled accross this site while looking for [pheromone perfumes](https://a314.com/shop/) at google… At the beginning I was a bit confused with all the affiliate marketing sites (it’s a jungle out there…) Anyway I like the fact that there is feedback here from other users so thought this was a good place to take the first step. Sure i don’t expect miracles , but anyway i am working at my social engineering skills as well . I do come out of my shell quite often lately , and I try to use open body language , smiles, even some NLP etc. It’s a taxing procedure , but i am sure i will get the hang of it and i am already seeing results. What i want is another boost , and i guess 10% is enough for me (sometimes small improvements make large impact ). If i get her that’s fine and if i don’t well that’s ok . She’s a good motive though and i will do my best . ---

Welcome Curious, Something new that will help us to improve ourselves is always a good thing. I agree with the suggestions that were made by my team and because she is going through something right now I am glad you are sensitive to that and are not just trying to take advantage of her.
