Hello everyone !!! My name is Varun and am a 27 year old male from London. I work in the consulting industry and hence am on the road most of the time. It involves a lot of people interaction and is a cut throat industry. I have read up a lot on [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and having done biology at university, I am aware of the science behind all this. Currently, I am going through a very tough phase in life, both personally and professionally. I was on the look out for things that would enrich me as a person and boost my confidence (not that I lack confidence now!) I am basically a very outdoorsy guys and a sports fanatic. Off late, I havent been able to concentrate on my fitness due to my overburdening work commitments. As a result, I was beginning to gain a lot of weight and increasingly getting sick primarily due to stress. I have now decided to get my things in order and have now started working out again. I am beginning to shed those pounds but I am looking for that extra boost that I need to keep me motivated and confident. I am looking to get the A314 formula to do exactly that. And I do have a question pertaining to that if anybody can help. As I frequently live in a very chilly area, would you recommend the spray on version or the oil based one? bearing in mind that I am also looking for something effective as from what I understand the spray version is alcohol based and hence has a shorter “life span”. Also, it seems to be uneconomical compared to the original version. ---

Hey there Varun! Your right, the spray on would be better to defuse when its cold. Oil has longer longevity but benefits from abit more heat. At the same time you can save some money and put it towards other products to see what works best for you! Do you find your clients have a hard time opening up to you or trusting you? A314 benefits from having socials so that you don’t intimidate people with it. Pretend its the aura that a commander would give off. So having some IS or IH would help steer that vibe so that your potential clients would open up to you. If you find you already have a very dominant personality you may also want to look into IG as opposed to A314 for a more softer trusting vibe. Do some reading in the mens section and see which one fits you best! Cheers!!😉 ---

I think its more of a opening up issue and yes, maybe I should look at a combination rather than one. IG sounds interesting, I will definitely try that out as I am not sure which one would suit me as I dont think am that dominating a personality but ofcourse opinions differ from person to person. ---

Welcome Varun, I was reading your introduction thinking of myself and how work and chores , life has gotten me to a place where I don’t want to be and I need an extra push to get started on the path I use to be It is a challenge and sometimes just the first step is all you need to get back on track but that seems to be the hardest step.
