Hey guys or girls! Lets seee…My name is Eric. I am a 26 year old male. I live in the bay area in california. I currently work as a waiter. I love football and baseball!! 49ers and SF giants ! As long as i can remember i was always a shy person. I have never had the guts to ask a girl out. All through high school and college i never hanged out with girls. sooo it sucked. my friends keep on forcing me to go to nightclubs with them and every time i go back home alone. I just think girls arent attracted to me. no girls ever approached me before and ask to dance with me. and when i approach them they just walk away. Hey Eric, welcome to the forum! Sorry, but Go Saints!! Very interesting that you are shy, but yet a waiter. Usually waiters need to be outgoing. I suggest you look at both the sexual and [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/). The sexual one to look at is ammo, which will help give you that sexy vibe The socials to look at will be IS, which is great for shy people as it helps with confidence and great moods. Hello Eric and welcome to the forum. I really like SF - one of the most beautiful cities in the Us in my opinion. I basically concur with Mike’s recommendations: Go with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) as a base product for the extra bump it will give you. IO will help you with those intial chatty conversations. Ishine will help people feel happy to be aorund you and happy people are talkative people. Mike and boss has already told you whats possible the best phero for your situation. AMMO is a definite allrounder which works in all situatons. I suggest you wear it regularly with a few days break in between every week. AMMO also contains a phero called androsterone which also projects a successful stable man. on regular exposure to this phero I am sure your self confidence will also pick up (the other two pheros in AMMO are 1) to project the youthful sexual vibe 2) to make people openup ) pheros appart, I suggest you get into some PUA methods to horn your skills in picking up women. being doused in pheros but hunched up in a corner dosent help.. you need to be out there confidently and making your moves.. so get that part also in order and I am sure you will get more than your share of action 🙂 ---

I would go with the Ammo and IO. As far as how much they cost check it out on the [smartmones.com](http://smartmones.com) website. Link in the upper right corner of this page. How long they last depends on whether you get the 5 ml or 30 ml size and how many sprays you use each time. You can go through a 5 ml size pretty quick experimenting. ---

thanks! i was looking at the store website and saw that io and ih were $20 each, is the size for both 5mL or 30mL because it said the bottles had 200 sprays each. but on the choose strength it says 5mL only ---

At the $20.00 price you are talking the 5ml size. The 200 sprays are for the 30 ml size. I know - their storefront is a little confusing now as they are only selling the 5 ml sizes for some things (for the most part) but part of the store still reads for the larger size. ---
