Hi all. I found this site by random chance and is intrigued by the use of mones. I would categorize myself as a beta trying to be alpha 🙂 Ultimately, I’m not good with social interactions and needs a little help. I need help with social mones the most. I need help with being able to keep a conversation going. My mind generally goes blank when trying to engage with others. Even if I know them. ---

Hello Outofoffice (great name lol) Welcome to this forum. Can you please best describe your problem with social approach? Are you shy? Is it social angst? Do people have a hard time approaching you? Can you give more details about your personnality? Where are you from? Before attempting to act alpha, let’s work on the social aspects. Hello and welcome to the forum. I would say, start with IS + IO + IG . IS and IO are social mones, whereas IG is known to give you respect/status without intimidating others. IS will make you and people around you happier. IO is known is ICE breaker phero. Start with 2 sparys each, at different app points. and then increase and adjust doses as per your sweetspot. Once A314 is available again, grab one. ---

thanks for the welcome and advice. I’m a 30 something male. I know that mones is not the magic elixer but I’d like a bit of help 🙂 I don’t have social anxiety or angst but just that in social situations, I just don’t know what to say. Let just say that my aim is for a total self improvement. Be the best you can be right? ---

They are really fast in shipping. Shipping is made by DHL/ Fedex, which is fully tracked. Exact timing depends in your customs too. ---

Hi outofoffice, Nice screen name. [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) usually works better for the younger crowd and has a lighter scent to it. Regular Ammo has a stranger scent to it. Summer version has 2 extra ingredients in it one of them is a happy molecule and I haven’t tested the other yet. I would consider the Men’s Pack as it really is a simplified solution to everything as you get it all to try. ---

Hi! Your GC is still activ. That error pops out whenever you used the GC the wrong way. I am also interested in a journal to. You can view some of the other guys journals and there are quite a few new members to and we all help each other out and offer advice, so it is definitely a win win here.
