Hello, First I’ll introduce myself, I’m portuguese but I live in London and I’m 24. I don’t really have a lot of experience dating or even connecting with guys. I’ve lost weight and I tought it would be easier to meet guys and get into dating a bit more but I’m still shy and sort of closed to people, and I find that London has a lot of cold people. So I’m interested in trying [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) because I want to feel confident and sexy, I want to feel confortable when people tell me I’m pretty instead of just awkward, I want to be more open, and I want to be able to attract the people I want and be easy going about it. I was thinking of trying Instant Sexiness B, because I’m still very girly so I think it would go more with my personality than Instant Sexiness A. Can anyone indicate me if it would be a good fit for me based on the description of myself, if I can use it alone or if I have to mix it with something else. Hey there, Based on your description I would say [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Sexiness B, together with giving you a little nudge to become less of a “plain jane” 😉 Another one that helps a lot is Instant Shine, to give yourself that vibe of being the queen of the party. And if you are not sure at all, just go for the female wardrobe and try them all! Thank you for your answer! I think I’m going to try Instant Sexiness B and I’m more inclined to go with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) than Instant Shine. I will definitely change my wardrobe to suit me more, but I really hope that everything combined makes people actually not only attracted to me, but to make them want to come talk to me. Would it be beneficial to use Essence of Woman as well? Or would IS/b and IO be good to get the results I want? ---

Best not to mix with other company 'mones. AD’s products alone should be enough, and at least that way you know what is/isn’t working when mixing. Have you looked into CTTM at all? ---

I’m afraid I can’t talk from first-hand experience, I just noticed that when you wrote "..but to make them want to come talk to me’ it popped up as a link to the product page, and it reminded me, ‘oh hey! _that’s_ possibly the right product for her!’ 😛 As a standalone product, forum reports suggest its great at serving its primary purpose - getting people to approach, initiate conversation, and maintain the interaction. I’m guessing, once the initial interaction has begun, IS/b can be used to draw them in even more, in a more physically attractive way, instead of simply someone they find interesting to speak to. It depends a bit on what you prefer. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) makes people talk to you like they know you for ages, and mostly is used as an ‘icebreaker’ in conversations. CTTM makes you interesting to people, and draws all eyes to you. Its like giving you an aura of mythical proportions. Its making people think that they have seen you on television or a movie. After reading your answer it made me want to try Instant Sexiness A instead of IS/ B, because I’m already girly and innocent . The reason I thought maybe IS/B would be better for me than IS/A is because I though that me being a bit closed, it would be intimidating, but [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) helps out with that, maybe I could try IS/A. ---

Hey, new too - London can be harsh when you’re shy. Millions of people and no-one to talk to. Lived there for over a decade. And Brits are famously terrible at talking to people they don’t know of course.. My little sister’s about your age - Just thinking, wouldn’t you be better off expanding your social circle through existing friends, acquaintances & work colleagues rather than hanging around clubs waiting for sleazy fellas to pick you up? But then again maybe that’s exactly what you want, but look after yourself yea. No reason not to use 'mones with people you already know, they might start to see you in a different light..
