Hello - I’m Justin and I’m 39, Male, live in South Bend Indiana, and have little friends and don’t go out and socialize alot. It seems that when I go out to restraunts, I’m socially ackward, and somehow deficient, even though nothing has changed inside and I can’t quite put my finger on what has changed. As I am new here and am looking for a more attention with my peers and when I go out to the club to dance (or even in a setting such as a college town bar) I’d like to know — What’s a good [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) to start with? hi Justin, the Introduction Pack is always a good idea to start. Those haven’t been around back when I started, but I sure tried what’s included in the Pack and can recommend it. If I were to single out a one specific product, then I’d suggest [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It would help you to get into the vibe wherever social you find yourself, also it gives you an aura of calm yet lively youthful confidence. As in “I feel good in my own skin”. Another great standalone product is Ammo - it’s an allrounder, containing status, rapport, approachability and masculine sexiness oriented molecules in a well balanced mix. Of course Ammo and IS work absolutely brilliantly together. Also, make sure to read the forum! Especially the “sticky” threads in at least this Introductions section as well as in Men’s and Women’s subforums. You’ll learn a lot about how to use these things, how to test for appropriate dosages, how to find application points, how to recognize results and what kind of results to expect in the first place, etc etc. It’s easy to lose a lot of time and money trying to use pheromones without that basic knowledge; don’t ask me how I know.
