Hi all. I had a female friend tell me about the wonders of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I am usually a sort of shy person until a girl starts talking to me. However, I have more difficulty with the prettier girls and probably due to my shynesss. Hey there! Welcome to the forums. I know what you are talking about, I usually have the same issue when it comes to talking to women, but that changed quite a bit when I started using the pheromones. How old are you actually and where you come from? What kind of girls are you interested in? You male or female? Then I know a bit more on what to recommend… From my perspective, I would say to use A314 or [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). They are both used to get out of that shy nature of yours and to push yourself to get out there. For me, A314 works really well and gives me a bit of a “status” figure. I use it quite frequently at work, and I already have a better reputation than I had before. Most people write down that Instant Shine is usually getting not only yourself in a better mood, but makes people talkalive and happy around you. Other pheromones that work really well with looking for women is Ammo. Although some people just don’t like the smell, my first experience with it was quite pleasing. Girls that normally would ignore me suddenly started to sit next to me and were having fun. It gives out a more reputable vibe, and if you like being “the player” I am pretty sure it will work. I tested it out once in a big hall where a friend of mine was following me (she knew about my pheromone usage, and wanted to see for herself), and she said that girls were literally starting to notice me. The effects were subtle, I sometimes had the problem that I could not notice it, but she said that most girls that I passed suddenly stopped dead in their tracks and had DIHL symptoms (sudden stop in what they are doing, thinking what just happened, looking at you with diluted eyes, etc. etc.). Compared with other products that claim to have pheromones in them, from AD i know that it is quite a good product. If you don’t know where to begin, I would certainly suggest trying out the “newbie pack”, they contain all the products you need to start your journey on pheromones. Then I would recommend getting the 2x version, and read mobocaster’s journal. The normal regular edition is for people in their 20’s-30’s, when you get older you will need more pheromones to get the same effect. Also, adding a bit of TUTH to your mixture will also help a bit more. I would certainly recommend getting A314 if you are in your 40’s, combined with a puff of TUTH it gave me a lot of effect with older women. ---

then a314 is for you. use it with AMMO 2x and IS and IO 2x versions. May be 1 day with A314+ IO+AMMO. other day a314 + AMMO+ IS ---

Welcome chepibe72, Welcome to the site. I would suggest the **men’s starter pack** as it is a discounted bundle and will have everything in it so there would be no guess work or second guessing yourself on what to get or wondering if you ordered the right things. **IO** This I would get for sure. I would wear on the neck so it helps you open up as well as others. IO is an ice breaker. **IS** This will boost your confidence and put everyone in a great mood. This goes with anything and works in any setting to. I like to wear in my hair because it washes out fairly easy. **Ammo** For dating this is a must have. For attraction and I would use this as your base pheromone. Works great for day game to. I would also get the 2X because of your age because the scent can be strong, this way you would only need 1 to 2 sprays. **Tuth** Highly sexual. A little goes a long way. Best used for the bedroom. If you buy separately I would look at the bigger 30ML bottle as it is a much better deal IMO. The above 4 I mentioned are must haves I think.
