Hi all!!! i have been reading about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) for a long time, and am finally ready to try them out. Looking forward to recording the results. EDIT Was asked for more info about me… I am a 35yo male from israel, looking for a little something to give me that extra boost of confidence (desirability). I used to be outgoing, but recently, have been finding it harder and harder to approach and engage new people. I have no specific “target” in mind, just women in general. Also, my work requires me to be in and around crowds, which i am finding more and more difficult/uncomfortable. thanks!!! ---

Hi Mewho, Welcome to the forums. Thank you for sharing your information. I was curious about what changed in your life that had made it harder for you to approach and engage new people. But, then I decide it almost doesn’t matter why. What matters is what you can do about. A couple products came to mind - [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Openness. Instant Gentleman would be a good product for you to start with. It will provide you a sense of grounded confidence to make it easier for you to be in crowds. It will also give you an aura of maturity and credibility so that people are more apt to respect you. If you’re in sales, IG is invaluable. (I would normally recommend A314 for sales, but AD is out of it at the moment. IG is a good substitute.) Instant Openness pairs very nicely with IG. It will elevate your mood and the mood of people around you. It will also encourage people, including yourself, to start a conversation. Hi mewho, Welcome to this forum. The guys have given you great advice: IO / IH / IG and Ammo sure are great choices for you. In your case, I would also add [Come Talk To Me](https://a314.com/product/come-talk-to-me-cttm/) V.2 (CTTM2), is a great well-balanced social lubricant with mood boosting capabilities on self. Instant Shine is also important in your list. This one will make people happier around you and make you stand out from the crowd. IG rules for emotion control and help rooting out social angst. You can look into the men’s starter pack which contains all these products plus more for you to try. If I were you, I’d really grab CTTM2 too. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions, this friendly community will do its best to help you get started. Hank is right. It would help if you could pinpoint the source of this recent social angst. Pheromones are great helpers, but they are not magical potions. There is no direct replacement of a314. Would suggest you to still go with killer kit. As most of your requirements will be fulfilled by other products . start using the products , find which is working best for you and then when you place next order then you may add a314 too. ---

Hi Mewho, Welcome to the site. So what I would do is maybe ask instead of the [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) ask for the CTTM2 like Conjurator mentioned. For you I think this might work really well and think this is worth asking, and if not you would still have everything you need to overcome the anxiety and help with opening up. ---
