Hi everyone, my name is Derek and I’ll be turning 30 years old this year. Really intrigued by the potential I see in [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). Overall I think everyone should continually be striving to improve themselves in life, no matter what the situation. I hope to improve myself in social situations, in advancing my career, and in my friendships/relationships. I think pheromones, while not the be all and end all, can be a valuable asset. I’m a friendly guy but have been known to get anxious in some social situations, I feel pheromones while not a magic potion could help with this. I am in a relationship yes and think perhaps I could spice things up- we’ve been together a long time so it’s always good to add something new. I feel I could stand to command more respect from those around me. I get along great with everyone but want to give off more of an aura that commands respect, especially in the workplace. I work in finance so I think any extra edge would be great. Overall I think these forums have a lot of great recommendations and I look forward to the $25 gift certificate so I can get started. ---

Let me ask with these pheromones do they need to be reapplied at multiple times throughout the day or will an application in the morning last the whole day? Thanks for those recommendations those were some of the ones I had picked out to try. ---

The answer to that is never simple. Pheromones tend to be affected by things like body temperature, humidity, it also depends on your biochemistry. When you’ll begin testing, you’ll be able to evaluate the lasting time of each product on yor skin in different environement. It’s a good idea to keep a bottle handy in case you need to reapply. Some product are available in the oil form are designed for slower and gradual release, these will last longer than sprays. However, sprays effects are oftenwise more immediate and obvious. ---

What do you guys recommend for amount of sprays/application points/combinations for Ammo cologne, instant shine, and [A314 spray](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic-spray/)? Those are the 3 products I decided to try out. Thanks!! ---

Start by testing each product individually first before attempting combinations. Start with one spray. Then add one more spray the next day. Find your sweet spot for each product. It differs from individual to individual. Regarding application points, the neck / throat / jaw lines area are the best ones in my opinion. Generally, pulse points (i.e. where you can feel your heart beat) that are not hidden by clothing are the best spots. IShine can also be sprayed to the hair, it’s one of the rare products that cleans out of hair very easily. Start a journal so that we can offer you continuous help and advice on your way. ---

Thanks!! Hi redsox87 and welcome! Good choice on products. What I would do when you are ready to make another order is look at the social products like IO, IH, and CTTM as these are very valuable and will go with what you have. The socials I tend to wear to steer my main setup which for you would be the A314 or Ammo and the steering can be just as important as your driving setup. I tend to wear my driving setup closer like neck or chest area. I lead out with the socials and keep them more on my wrists or back of hands and I draw people in with them and I try to talk with my hands more to spread out the [pheromone](https://a314.com/) cloud to stage things for the Ammo or A314 setup to work it’s magic. Now the only exception to this is for me is the IShine and the reason is I wear in my hair because it washes out pretty easy and this is a massive area and good for coverage. This is just what I do, whatever you do just don’t get to hung up on app points, as long as there is body heat they will diffuse and the key is getting the molecules off your body into the air to effect your targets. The longer the exposure the better to. Just make sure to test each one solo so have an idea of what does what and so you will know how to adjust a mix down the road. When making mixes to sometimes one thing can effect another and you may have to adjust each one to get to the desired effect and this is why it is so important to solo test each thing. Being 30 I am thinking 2-3 sprays Ammo about there should be close, A314 1-2 sprays, and IShine 2-3. Of course you will have to test, but these should be close to your sweet spot and with these at least you will get an idea of where to test at or close.
