Hello Deep, I also agree with the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as it will have everything you need to get started. With pheromones the best thing to do really is to experiment as this is the best way to find out what is really best for you. If you could provide some more detail please like what type of companion you are looking for and the environment you will be using these things I can give even better advice. With what you have listed I will still do my best. **Ammo** For dating and attraction this should be your main pheromone. Very balanced and nice cologne to all by itself. This should be your main one. **IH** I suggest this one because you listed companionship. This will promote bonding and deep conversations which go with this, so I think this will help you find what you are looking for.
