You quite simply become absolutely comfortable in your own skin…in one of the very best ways possible. To compound the benefit, other people notice as well. What I hold in research Masterspray can speak directly to in practice…if only we could encourage him toward that journal…(not so subtle nudge) 😉 😉 Well My vape shop i got to is quite small and i know 2 of the people who work there and they are really kind to me and when i go it i feel like i belong there and they are some of the relist friends iv ever had in a long time because i don’t go out and do things because of the hole being around other people and being in groups, but when im at the shop i just feel right at home and it makes me happy to be there, when i vape i feel like im part of something amazing and wonderful, I am only 20 i started something back in middle school and around my 18 birthday i got my first vape and slowly winged my self of smoking now i have been vaping for 2 almost 3 years and when i walk into that shop, its just a step in me overcoming my fears with who i am and i know this probably dosent really matter but it dose alot to me. okay im going to shut up now before i sound stupid o.o ~music ---

Hi. Welcome to the forum. Would recommend you to go with IS alone for 2 weeks then add IO and IH to the mix. Start with lower doses first then increase dose and find out your sweet spot. Keep posting and take care ---
