Welcome! We hope you’ll enjoy our community. For all your goals, A314 will do wonders. It’s an authority pheromone. It’s not sexual on its own, but has a “follow my lead!” feel to it that’ll do wonders at work. To combat your shyness, add [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) from the Instant series. hi chaingang, welcome to the phero house. tell us a bit about yourself, how are you socially, have already targeted some potential hits? its up to many factors whether mones are going to be useful and most importantly, how to make them useful. also, dump your info and you’ll get a $25 GC and we will be able to assist you with your doubts, questions, curiosities… as attractor already suggested, a314 is a very powerful one. tricky to use, but once you manage how to use it you will be seen differently, trust me. also, most of the instant line would be a good fit for you, i think, thou if i have to be specific i would say instant shine + instant gentleman + instant honesty + ammo. so, its up to you. we are here if you need our help, fill us in and discover the wonders of mones. again, welcome among us. peace ---

Hello, Chaingang! I think I can give you some suggestions based on what you’ve told us. For gaining trust, IH is a wonderful choice. It really helps others to feel that you are a trustworthy person. IG might be good, too. To overcome social shyness, you should try IO and IS, either separately or together. IO will make it easier for you to hold conversations with people, and IS will lift your mood and make people feel happier when they are around you. As far as attractiveness with women, most men have great success with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). And, as others have mentioned, A314 is a very good option for making you seem strong and in charge. Let us know if you have any more questions! ---
