Hello there…First post 🙂 I love this site so much… I am 31 years old, Live in Dubai Married ( five years )… My wife is too Jealous, she loves me and she has an Irritable colon, and very sensitive personality type. she thinks i cheated on her but i didn’t (till now), I love her. she wants a divorce, Then she said, she loves me lol !!! i need to cool her down with [pheromones](https://a314.com/), maybe ! any advice? thanks..’ ---

Welcome. 🙂 AS well as using pheros, you will need to review the aspects of your behaviour/personality that may have caused her to become jealous/sensitive about you and reposition yourself in ways that can help her remember the man she married and why she liked you then. Phero-wise I would suggest you consider the IH/[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) combo - which is a good close/trusting bonding mix but with a happy/feelgood layer from the IS that will help get problems out in the open in a positive/constructive way. To deepen the trust/connection aspect, P74 starting around 10mcg per spray (in 6% Neroli scent) is a good addition as IME it works in synergy with the IH to make both more effective. Keep the total P74 dose below 30mcg in an attraction/relationship conflict though as too much P74 can work against you. These are suitable for all-round wear and could well prove useful professionally as well. To increase tthe sexual/attraction aspect, you can introduce something like TUTH around times her mood turns more sexual. Ammo is also useful but may be overly softened by these other products as it is balanced to begin with. Another option, depending on her age/personality is to use something like Ammo/IG (younger/more youthful) or Ammo or TUTH/A314 (older - 30+/more mature). These give an impression of a smart/pleasant/social and sexy man in the case of Ammo/IG or a more overtly sexual/more mature status in TUTH/A314’s case. These combos are less strong on the bonding aspect, although A314 can be a great trust/status phero for some women but can be a bit too serious for some, so it is worth trying some more sociable mixes before taking the A314 route. Hi Dark Side, Welcome to the site. I have to go with Mobocaster’s advice on this one. I would still take a look into the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get all these to try except P74 which is a putative. I think the kit is the best way to go because you get so much to try and see what is best for you and your wife. What I would work on is the whole trust/bonding thing and IH needs to be the main [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) you use around here. I would also wear something for attraction to like Ammo so she is still interested in you. I do believe the IH can clash with A314 or Ammo I might be wrong and hope Mobocaster comes back in to shed more light on this. ---

On the contrary - I’ve always found IH to complement both very well, and in A314’s case superbly. You must have seen how often I bang-on about A314/IH and A314/IH/P74 as two if the best trust, connection and emotional engagement mixes I’ve ever used - in both professional and romantic spheres (you need to handle it a little different to get the best out of it romantically though). Alongside Ammo, I would probably pair the IH with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as it IME makes for a better mature conversation mix and with more overt sexuals like TUTH, IH/IS helps bring the fantasy/hidden passions thing out very well. Your OH will probably feel a lot more comfortable about doing things she may have though about but never had the courage to try before. 🙂 ---

Thank you Mobocaster and I misunderstood about the A314/IH. Also thank you for coming in and helping some of the newer members out. DarkSide, The first setup might be ok and what I would do is not quite just throw all four together right away. I would try to solo test each thing first then when you are ready I would try to put something together like Ammo/IS or A314/IH and then go from there. What I do and works great for me is to think about the environment and choose a main pheromone to build off of like A314 for work. The I would use A314/IS and see how that goes then maybe try A314/IS/IH and try a few things but keep my main pheromone the same always. For dating or attraction I use Ammo as my main pheromone. With dating/clubbing and work I always keep the main pheromone the same and then use the socials to kind of steer the mix and kind of change the dynamic of it to what I need it to do. I love FF20/Himalayan scent, but I have to worn you it is pretty strong scent wise even at 6% and people either love it or hate it as a scent. I would also maybe get the P74 in a lower dose and try maybe 10MCG a spray. I suggest this because you can wear 1-2 sprays and get a good amount of the P74 and not be overbearing scent wise. The same thing with TAC I would try a lower dose around 10MCG also. I do not have any experience yet with P83 and with P75 you should be ok there MCG wise. I have reported on the scent options in my journal and the guide is the link in my signature if you are interested. I can tell you the FF20/Himalayan and FF21/Ammo scent are the most powerful scent wise and the others are more mellow. Good Luck and hope I was able to help out. ---

Yes you sure can. The FF20 and FF21 are the reason I asked about the lighter scent option and have actually just ordered 2 putatives and they have not got here yet and will test this new 3% option. I will post in my journal what I think of them. Putatives and MXS are experimental and it is usually best to stay with instant line starting out. Really it is up to you though as there are some good ones out there. If you do order any putatives I would stay with 6% [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) for now at least to you get down what a few of them do. Really in the end it is up to you, I just want to make sure you succeed. ---
