Would request you to add more info about yourself like : where are you from , what do u do, WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE OF USING PHEROS, if you are targeting anyone specific then a bit about ur target. lastly few words on ur personality like introvert/extro. and lastly if u can , add ur age too 🙂. all this info will help others to suggest you specific products for your requirements. Pheros are group of molecules and all behave differently, its not like “one fits all” . Also adding these details will make you eligible for GC , which you can use while placing order. Take care I am a 33 years old, from the midwestern United States, and I work in the customer service industry. I am pretty introverted… which is why I am here. 😉 I am very awkward around others I was hoping to find something that might lessen the tension that I feel around them, but also that they feel coming from me as well. I hope that makes sense, I am having a hard time expressing it. Hi Lauren! Im glad that you found us too. 🙂 I think some married female users here have attested the power of IO+IH when it comes to heart to heart talk with their husbands. The only thing you should be prepared of is if you are ready enough to hear the amount of truth that’ll be coming from his mouth. And since you’ll be sniffing the stuff too, you’ll have your own share of opening up too. Bring a lot of tissue paper, if you expect some tear-flooding. Hi Lauren73.🙂 Like pudleduk said get some IS and add it to the IH+IO combo suggested by DeeA. That way you increase the comfort factor,so IH+IO can do a better job. ---

Welcome Lauren, Welcome to the site. I suggest getting the starter pack and maybe some IO and IH might help with bonding. I don’t know a whole lot about the women’s side of pheros but I highly recommend looking into Somechicks journal and Miss Dragons to. Good luck. I can tell you I was having a difficult time with my marriage and pheros have helped out a lot with getting my wife to open up and the sex has improved a lot. ---
