Sorry for the late reply! I’m a 21 year old male from Orange County, California. I’m looking into pheromones as a way to spice things up for my girlfriend and me, as well as a way to increase my self confidence. I’ve heard good things about [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) and was wondering what others’ experience with it was? TUTH isn’t exceptionally strong - but it is very determinedly sexual. So using it should not be a problem around a girl already sexually comfortable with you - but save it for sexy/fun/uninhibited time, not for just hanging-out or doing mundane stuff as it can go-wrong then if her emotions are running cool and you are giving-off the impression of a walking, talking hardon. So start low, just one spray and build-up slowly till you find her limits. Some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) will also help add the fun/feelgood factor to the sexyness of TUTH and TAC at 20mcg or over although an experimental product, does seem to help with relaxing and letting-go during sex. So both go very well with TUTH. 🙂 ---

Thanks for all the help mobocaster! I looked up [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and I like what I see so far. Would you recommend Ammo or Instant Shine for less sexual situations when TUTH is uncalled for? From the descriptions, it seems like Instant Shine is more light-hearted, as opposed to Ammo being for more date night situations. Do they both mix well with TUTH? ---

HOLY SHIT WAIT A FUCKIN SECOND HERE You found an empty tester? where?? do tell! your stack is good. uh and at 21 baby you won’t need a lot of TUTH. i mean unless youre ridiculously fat TUTH is just not made for the young menz like you. too much of what they call ANDROSTENONE… that phero is a SPICE. (a sex spice) ever had black pepper flavored soup? yeah, like, black pepper. black pepper. only black pepper. you’d sneze, retch, call the chef an idiot. but a little cracked pepper atop a ceasar, yeah! that’s the shit! ammo has a little androstenone in it… but its balanced… and SMEXY FO SURE.
