Spray 2 IShine for example, sit still and observe self-effects, take notes (This is important if you want to master pheromone using and mixing) and then go out and mingle, and observe how it/you affect the people around you (even animals). 🙂 Do it for each mones. If 2sprays doesn’t yield the results you’ve been reading in the forums, try adding one spray the next day and repeat process. Knowing the exact number of sprays with good results is popularly known here as “sweetspot” hunting.
