Hi everyone at PT! My name is Holly Whitehead-Collett. I’m currently 19 years old and I reside in the not-so-sunny village of Yapton, down in the South of England. I’m female, average build, not athletic but not chubby or overweight. Right in the middle, as I’ve been told. (: I’m about 5’ 7", blonde (though not a bimbo, thankfully. Damn those degrading few!), I like to party and I love a few drinks. When I’m with my girls I’m most at home, but a portion of my close friends are male. I’m happily in a relationship, coming up to 11 months, and we’re still heavily attracted to each other. We still flirt, hold hands, cuddle, kiss and are still romantically inclined, so there’s nothing wrong on the intimacy level. The only bad part of our relationship (and it’s my fault) is that I find it hard to open up. I always have throughout my entire life, but I know he wants me to talk to him about what goes on my mind, as I know he makes sure to share his whole life with me. I’ve just never shared my thoughts or my fears, but I do try sometimes. I just always find it easier to deal with it alone. He’s coming to accept that I won’t always tell him everything, and that, even after 11 months, I’m still reserved and picky about the information I divulge, but he’s learnt that that’s who I am, though I do wish I could open up more. Despite this, we are honest about everything. If we lie, we can’t keep it for more than an hour or two before we feel obliged to tell the other person. I’m glad I’ve found such an honest and charming guy. He really does make me feel very special. Outside of relationships I’m a very active person, with most of my leisure taken up with meeting new people. New people are definitely the highlight of any night out for me, and sometimes they even become a good friend which is lovely! I’m outgoing, but not always too confident about myself. I’d love to be able to increase that and just feel secure in my own skin, and then hopefully start to feel more secure with others too. I stumbled upon pheromonetalk while navigating through YouTube - It was a sponsored video in the sidebar, so I clicked it and checked it out. I’ve never really been interested in [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/): heck, I’ve never even heard about them before now. But reading through some of the articles and threads posted here has sparked and interest, so bring on the flame! (Heh 😛) Pretty much from this forum (and this post!) I hope to achieve a deeper knowledge and understanding of pheromones (because I enjoy knowing what’s going on in our crazy world of new advances and what not) and hopefully order a few products to test on some willing subjects (or un-suspecting as the case may be ;]). I am also interested in trying out the products for myself and seeing exactly how they affect me and those I come into contact with, and whether or not all this talk about Pheromones that I’ve recently come across is Hype, or if they really do help to increase some of your qualities. (From that last statement it may not seem that I know, but I do understand mones are some what 10% of the equation. I appreciate it’s up to me [Or who is using the mones] to act the way they want to be, and the mones just supplement 😛) Thanks everyone! -Holly. x ---

Welcome to the forum, Holly! Great introduction, very well thought-out and written. For the specific problem you mention–not being able to open up–perhaps one of the most useful mixes is [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), which does exactly what it says. It encourages people to open up, to have deeper, more meaningful conversations. I know it’s helped a lot of my friends (and myself) open up when something needed to be talked about. As for learning about pheromones in general, all I can say is read the forum and do some testing of your own! This place has been around for years, and there is a wealth of information lying around in various threads. I wish you luck and hope to hear more about your learning and adventures! ---

Hello Holly and welcome to the forum. It sounds like you have made a good start to your phero adventures. There are products for just about anything you wan to do. IH is one of my favorite products. Just be ready when you wear it - you may hear things that you were not expecting. You might also consider IShine. IShine makes the people around you feel happy to be near you. And happy people are talkative people. Good luck and keep us updated on what you do. ---

**EDIT** What’s the difference between Instant Sexiness and Instant Sexiness B? Just noticed them and even though I shan’t be buying them, they caught my eye and I was just wondering 🙂 **END** Thank you very much Bosshank and Vespero. (: From posting here I have received a $50 gift certificate, and so I shall take both your advices. I am hoping that along with these two bottles I will be able to start improving myself in opening up and talking more to my boyfriend about my feelings and the depth of which my mind thinks. Hi Holy, welcome! The guys have given you great suggestions - [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and Instant Shine are perfect to start with. And in answer to your question, Instant Sexiness A will add a strong sexy vibe - think Angelina Jolie, while Instant Sexiness B will impart more of a soft sexy feminine kittenish vibe - think Marilyn Monroe. 🙂 And you must definitely come to the womens section, which is also a good place to ask questions and share experiences. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk MonkeyX! I am battling with the same thing and for me because of past experiences you feel that opening up is gonna do more harm than good. CTTM 2 and Instant honesty certainly helps me in those situations. Try it out and just trust that whatever happens it will happen for the best so when you have to do anything it’s best to do is whole heartedly. I can’t wait to hear all about your progress.
