New to the community and new user of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)! Looking forward to the journey with everyone and can’t wait to learn from everyone’s experiences and insight! Hey mrfunnyman, welcome and awesome name. A good starter mone for mood uplifting could be Instant Shine. This one is just about exactly that, a super mood lifter making the wearer feel like they’re shining. I’ve found also that the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) (IH, IO, CTTM2) also tend to produce effects of being uplifted, although the primary effect you should see is wanting to talk and interact with others. As for sparks in the love department, it depends… For one on one with a partner in the bedroom, you can use TUTH. For trying to attract when out and about, you can use Ammo. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. It is often easiest to see the results with the socials: IO, IH & Ishine. If you have the money, you could go for the Men’s Ultimate package. That would give you a sampler of everything you could test out and find what works best for you at what dose. bosshank ---

Hello MrFunnyMan and welcome! I would get the Men’s kit if you can as this will be your very best bet to start with so you can test everything and decide what is best. I will still highlight a few so you can decide what is really best for your budget, **[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)** This will be your very best bet for attraction and great for day use to not just bars and clubs. Very balanced and nice cologne scent to. You can not go wrong with this one. A must have for meeting women. **IShine** A must have also. Will boost your confidence and put you and everyone around you in a great mood. A huge plus is it goes very well with Ammo and will bring even more attraction out of it. What I like so much about this one is it goes very well for dating, work, socials, church, and anything else you can think of. If you are on a very tight budget the Ammo and IShine if anything else. **TUTH** A good one to have later on if things are going well with a woman. Whatever you do build up to this one with the Ammo and don’t come out with this one first and a little goes a long way. If you can the kit is the very best bet and then I would suggest the above 3 and the bare bones setup would be the Ammo and IShine.
