hello everyone! I’m a 21 going on 22 year old college guy from South Carolina. I heard about this site from a friend (although he just looked around and never joined) I’ve heard good thinks about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and i was trying to figure out which type to buy, how much of, and what it actually does. I’m somewhat shy around the opposite sex (especially when I feel they’re uncomforable around me) and since I heard about pheromones be searching for sites about them and this is hands down the most informative and realist site i’ve found. I intend to use the pheromones to help the opposite sex relax and open up around me.(yet i’m staying realistic and not expecting a miracle) I hope to gain a lot of information from this site about pheromones and spread the word. thanks! ---

hey welcome! i see that you are basically trying to use pheros to attract others. id recommend ammo. however, seeing that you are rather young, you should make sure u dont overdo it. some ppl reported “ghosting” effect when ODing on pheros such as ammo. also, u mentioned that you are a bit shy and you want people to relax and open up aroudn you. i think it’s really good that you are not expecting a miracle. rmr that pheros are just an edge! anyways. u should consider trying out instant openness. it shoudl be good to help others open up towards you, open up doors for conversations and hopefully help u out with ur shyness. anyways, more qs, just ask and welcome! ---

Hi there, Welcome to the forum. Remmy and SK have given good suggestion on the pheromones to use. I will add another pheromone which is Shine. It can uplift your mood and the mood of the peole around you. It can also boost your confidence socially. Good luck ---
