hi my name is Grig i am new to mones, i am 24yrs old, live in Erie, PA, i am interested in using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) to help with attraction, seduction and women. My question is where should i start and difference between products. I read a little bit about mones in the forum already so i am excited to try them. ---

Well, AMMO is typically the suggested as an all around cologne for attracting women, but as you start experimenting with mones you will find what works for you. Personally, I have found good responses with A314 mixed with some socials like IS and IO more so than with just AMMO, but I have also had responses with AMMO as well. Where are you planning on using your pheromones? If you are out in the club, I suggest AMMO, but if you are meeting women in the course of a normal day and would like to up the ante I suggest using something like A314 with some socials. It is like A314, but friendlier and there is no need to buffer it with any socials for an attraction setting. ---

Hi grig and welcome to the forum! For attraction, I’d say that AMMO is an all around good mone for daytime and evening use! Then, adding some IS will give some relaxed and at ease vibe with some shiny feeling. I’d suggest you let us know where you’ll be using your mones and a bit about the personality types of your targets. Then, we can whittle down, possibly a better mone or combination. Though, I think this may be good for you and you steer this mone signal to what you want to accomplish! ---

hey guys. THanks for warm welcome. About me. I have an outgoing personality, very open, however at times i can be shy, but i try to overcome it by being forcing myself to talk to people and be social, i usually connect with people fairly easily. My problem is that with girls i get stuck a lot in attraction or comfort phase. But i don’t give up and will find a way to get all the way sooner or later. Currently i work as a nurse aid in the hospital and go to nursing school, will graduate in august with RN, So I am SURROUNDED by women, and that is especially exciting in a way that i have a great testing ground, in the morning work and in the evening college. To be honest i already bought ammo and TUTH two years ago, and it didn’t work for me, prob because i didn’t use them correctly so i want to try it again. I want to buy TOGO set for men and just try everything. At the beginning just one product a week to find a sweet spot for each and see how it affects people and them i’ll start combining them. Obviously i will use this stuff in clubs. ---

You might want to experiment with some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as well. I don’t know what you are allowed to wear at work (if anything at all), but IS along with some playfulness will generate positive responses. If you can get women to associate being around you with being happy… Of course, this is assuming that something like AMMO would be inappropriate at work. I think you are going about this the right way, getting a bunch of togos and testing for sweet spots. You might want to start writing down your interactions with people before you start testing with mones so you can get a feel for when something out of place or pheromone influenced takes place. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Ggrigo33! For attraction I definitely suggest the Ammunition to give off that masculine vibe and to make you feel more confident. Instant openness as an ice breaker and to ease you into conversations.
