Hello PheroTalk! I’m Rich, I’m 29 and from the UK. I’m an outgoing kind of guy, friendly, good sense of humour and always looking for a good time. I don’t have an ego but I’m confident. When I was a bit younger I struggled to talk to women, but a while back I lost a shed load of weight, got healthy and toned up and it did wonders for my confidence. Since then I’ve done ‘well’ with women. Currently, I’m single. I’ve been dating here and there but nothing serious. I’ve had a lot of fun but I’m interested in seeing what pheromones can do for me - maybe to get me into some more exciting situations or maybe to get me into a more serious relationship. I know these might be very different things, but I am more interested to see what different pheromones can do. I have pretty much decided that I’ll pick up some A314. I’m currently in training for a big promotion and anything extra that can add will be welcome. Also, I’m gonna grab some ammo, IS and some TUTH for more personal endeavours. A friend of mine recommended I check out this place - he had some ammo on at the time and I was sold on the fragrance alone. I am also intrested in trying some [putative pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/product-category/advanced-pheromones/putative-pheromones/). P83 looks interesting, based on the reviews. Would someone be able to recommend a dosage and any more info on this? Anyway, nice to meet you all and I look forward to getting involved in what looks like a cool community. Be lucky! ---

Hello there, Rich! Welcome to the PheroTalk forum. Go another UK’r, eh? Good times to follow, bud. Looking to get a Big promotion, yes, A314 can handle giving off that Deserving of Recognition vibe. Which reminded me… I need to add my morning drop of A314 as we have some Big meeting at work… ok, now, with the A314, IShine can give it a softer edge, more approachable. I do like pairing those two for work and out and about. I have P83 in [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) @ 5 mu, though, I’d suggest you give your commercial line a go, see what they do for you before diving into the P’s and MX’s which are experimental and don’t have a money back guarantee. Thanks for the advice. I’m looking forward to giving the A314 a go with some IS. I appreciate your adive on the P’s, but I’m one of these impatient kinds.. [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) @ 5mcg is a decent price and that’s whats tempting me. If I was to completely ignore your advice (I don’t mean to offend, it is just completely and entirely my impatience getting the better of me) would you recommend 5mcg or 10.. Or 20…? Or is finding out the dosage part of the reason you suggest the commerical line first? ---

Sure, I understand that your just iching to get going! 🙂 As you don’t know what it will do for you, as a rule of thumb, I go for a smaller mu to get a feel for the molecule. However, let’s say that 40 mu is your sweet spot, then, you’ll need 8 sprays at that dosage. Could be a bit much on the scent side. Sometimes, a smaller dosage, is just what’ll get you some great hits. The need for testing these is important and reporting on them so that the research of these molecules progresses and a greater base of data gets a better understanding of these mones. Though, if you do get, let’s say, 10 mu for easier use and your ‘sweet’ spot is 20 to 30 mu, then, you should be good with that. If 10 mu is TOO much, then, you may need to dilute your 10 mu with some DPG and bottles that you can get at the Androtics store. Thanks for the help there. I’ll look into it a bit more, but I think 10mcg might be a good place to start. I don’t want to go too low and find I need lots of sprays and end up smelling like a brothel. Surely I could use a 1/2 spray if I need a lower dosage? Or dilute it if need be.. ---

Welcome to pherotalk Rich, You are new to this and we are more into research than anything else. It is not of any benefit to any of us if you get the wrong products or idea about mones from start. Take your time, read, ask as many questions as possible before deciding which products you want to start with. There is also nothing wrong in starting with one or two to try out _ **Your gc was issued!** _ ---

Thanks Mickaella! I think that’s great advice. I’m decided on a few, but perhaps more reading and experience would be in order before I try any of the more ‘advanced’ mones. Alpha and Mickaella, thanks again for your advice!
